«Առավոտ» լրատվական կայքի թղթակից Ոսկան Սարգսյանը մարտի 28-ի «Մարզպետարանի մի վարչություն պետ ունեցավ, մյուսը՝ ոչ» հրապարակմամ մեջ, հավատարիմ իր աշխատաոճին, Տավուշի մարզպետարանի պաշտոնական կայքի տրամադրած տեղեկատվությունից վերցրել է այն, ինչը իրեն է ձեռնտու՝ ստեղծելով պաշտոնական տեղեկատվության մտքի աղճատում և տպավորություն, թե մարզպետն ինքն է դրույքաչափ սահմանում: Այսպես՝ նշելով, որ մարտի 27-ին Տավուշի մարզպետ Հովիկ Աբովյանի թիվ 34-Ա որոշմամբ Ա. Ուլիխանյանը նշանակվել է Տավուշի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի քաղաքաշինության վարչության պետի թափուր պաշտոնում, նա այնուհետև գրում է. «Նույն որոշմամբ մարզպետը Ա. Ուլիխանյանի դրույքաչափը սահմանել է 310 հազար 858 դրամ»: Թերևս ավելի ազնիվ կլիներ, եթե լրագրողը միտքը կոնտեքստից չկտրեր և նշեր նաև որոշման մեջ գրված օրենքի կետը, որը կիրառել է մարզպետը դրույքաչափը սահմանելիս: Այն է՝ մարզպետը դրույքաչափ է սահմանել «Պետական պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող անձանց վարձատրության մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 19-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի համաձայն՝ գլխավոր պաշտոնների առաջին ենթախմբի սանդղակի աշխատավարձի 1-ին մակարդակի գործակցի /4.70/ կիրառմամբ՝ 310858 դրամ:
