15 տարի նույն պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Մամիկոնյանի հայտարարագիրը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հունվարի 16–ին ՀՀ քաղաքացիական ծառայության խորհրդի անդամ նշանակված Վահան Մամիկոնյանը օրեր առաջ Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին է ներկայացրել իր գույքի և եկամուտների՝ 2017 թ. պաշտոնը ստանձելու հայտարարագիրը:
Մամիկոնյանի հայտարարագրից իմանում ենք, որ նա շարժական և անշարժ գույք չունի, համենայն դեպս նորանշանակ պաշտոնյան այդ մասին ոչինչ չի նշել իր հայտարարագրում: Վերջինիս միակ հայտարարագրած տեղեկությունը վերաբերում է իր դրամական միջոցներին: Այսպես, պաշտոնը ստանձնելու օրվա՝ հունվարի 16–ի դրությամբ Վահան Մամիկոնյանն ունեցել է 16 միլիոն 400 հազար դրամ:
Եկամուտներ Քաղաքացիական ծառայության խորհրդի անդամը նույնպես չի ունեցել:
Նշենք, որ Մամիկոնյանն այս պաշտոնում վերանշանակվել է, քաղծառայության խորհրդի անդամի պաշտոնն է զբաղեցնում ուղիղ 15 տարի՝ 2002 թ. հունվարի 15–ին էր նա առաջին անգամ նշանակվել այս պաշտոնում: Մինչ այդ նա ՀՀ քաղաքաշինական պետական տեսչության բաժնի պետ էր, այնուհետև՝ տեսչության պետի տեղակալ։

Կարապետյանի նորանշանակ խորհրդականը՝ մեծ ունեցվածքի տեր
Հունվարի 11–ին վարչապետի խորհրդական նշանակված Մհեր Տերտերյանը օրեր առաջ Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին է ներկայացրել իր գույքի և եկամուտների՝ 2017 թ. պաշտոնը ստանձնելու հայտարարագիրը:
Նորանշանակ խորհրդականը հայտարարագրել է «LEXUS LX 570» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա և 21 միլիոն 810 հազար ղազախական տենգե արժեթղթեր: Տերտերյանի հայտարարագրից իմանում ենք, որ նա պաշտոնը ստանձնելու օրվա դրությամբ ունի 145 միլիոն դրամ և 57 միլիոն ղազախական տենգե փոխառություններ:
Իսկ նրա դրամական միջոցները պաշտոնը ստանձնելու օրվա՝ հունվարի 11–ի դրությամբ կազմել են 6 հազար 294 ԱՄՆ դոլար, 20 եվրո, 5 միլիոն 963 հազար դրամ և 5 միլիոն 500 հազար ղազախական տենգե: Մհեր Տերտերյանը հայտարարագրել է նաև իր եկամուտները, որոնք հունվարի 1–ից մինչև հունվարի 11–ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում՝ ընդամենը 10 օրվա մեջ, կազմել են 5 միլիոն 661 հազար դրամ և 1 միլիոն 324 հազար ղազախական տենգե:
