Երեք զոհված և երկու ծանր վիրավոր սակրավորները Արցախի բնակիչներ են

«HALO Trust» կազմակերպությունը հրապարակել է Արցախի Մարտակերտի շրջանի Ղազանչի տեղանքում հակատանկային ականի պայթյունի հետևանքով զոհված աշխատակիցների անունները՝ Պավել Ակոպով, Սամսոն Ավանեսյան, Մարատ Պետրոսյան:
«Ամեն օր աշխարհով մեկ HALO-ի ավելի քան 8000 աշխատակից աշխատանքի է գնում այնպիսի վայրեր, որտեղ, նրանցից բացի, էլ ոչ ոք չի կարող քայլ անել, և այս ողբերգական միջադեպը ի ցույց է դնում այն, թե ինչ վտանգների հետ են բախվում նրանք, ինչպես նաև ընդգծում է այդ աշխատանքի կարևորությունը: Մեր գործընկերները մահացել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի համար տարածքն ավելի ապահով դարձնելու աշխատանքի ժամանակ», ասել է «HALO Trust»-ի գործադիր տնօրեն Ջեյմս Քոուանը:

Մարտակերտի շրջանի Նոր Ղազանչի գյուղի տարածքում այսօր՝ մարտի 29-ին, տեղի ունեցած ականի պայթյունից վիրավորված երկու քաղաքացիներին Ստեփանակերտի Հանրապետական բժշկական կենտրոնում վիրահատել են:
«Արցախպրես»-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում բժշկական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Արմեն Խաչատրյանն ասել է, որ երկու հիվանդների վիրահատություններն արդեն ավարտված են:

«Նրանցից մեկի՝ 1974 թվականին ծնված Արամ Մկրտչյանի մոտ առկա էին ներքին արյունահոսություն, փայծաղի պատռվածք: Վիրահատությունից հետո նրա վիճակը գնահատվում է կայուն ծանր: Իսկ 1987 թվականին ծնված Գարիկ Ղահիրյանի երկու վերջույթներն էլ անդամահատվել են. վիճակը ծանր է»,- ասել է Խաչատրյանը:

Արցախի առողջապահության նախարարության ներկայացուցիչ Մայա Ազատյանն «Ազատությանը» ասել է, որ դեռևս չեն կարող ասել՝ վիրավորների կյանքին վտանգ սպառնո՞ւմ է, թե՞ ոչ․ «Որովհետև գտնվում են վիրահատարանում այս պահին, ու այս պահին վիրահատվում են: Արցախի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներ են իրենք, Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքից: 1987 թվականին ծնված Գարիկ Արամի Ղահմիրյան, 1974 թվականին ծնված Արամ Հենրիխի Մկրտչյանը»:

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում արդեն 18 տարի ականազերծում իրականացնող HALO Trust կազմակերպության հաղորդակցման տնօրեն Փոլ ՄըքՔեննը «Ազատության» հարցմանն ի պատասխան տեղեկացրել է, որ դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել տեղի ժամանակով առավոտյան 8-ն անց 15 րոպեին, երբ սակրավորները տեղում զննման աշխատանքներ էին իրականացնում։

«Կազմակերպությունը կապի մեջ է զոհվածների հարազատների հետ», – հայտնեց Փոլ ՄըքՔեննը:

HALO Trust-ը դեռևս չի հրապարակում զոհվածների անունները։ Կազմակերպության Ստեփանակերտի գրասենյակից «Ազատությանը» ասել է, որ ավտոմեքենայով դեպքի վայրում աշխատող 5 սակրավորներն էլ Արցախի բնակիչներ են։
