Նոր տեղեկություններ Հայաստանում տարածված վիրուսի մասին. Բժիշկները զգուշացնում են

Հայաստանում 2018 թվականի հունվար-փետրվարին գրանցվել է քութեշի 109 դեպք` նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակի 68-ի համեմատ: Մեծ մասն արձանագրվել է մանկահասակ երեխաների շրջանում: Ֆեյսբուքյան խմբերից մեկում հայաստանցի ծնողները մտահոգություն են հայտնել իրենց մանկահասակ երեխաների շրջանում թե ամանորյա օրերին, թե վերջերս քութեշի բավականին շատ դեպքերի հետ կապված: Այս առիթով «Արմենպրես»-ը զրուցել է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի հատուկ վտանգավոր և օդակաթիլային վարակների բաժնի պետ Լիանա Թորոսյանի հետ:

«Նախորդ տարվա փետրվարին արձանագրվել է 44 դեպք, իսկ այս տարվա նույն ժամանակում՝ 54: Սակայն դեպքերի հաշվարկը համաճարակաբանական տեսակետից ճիշտ չէ մեկնաբանել բացարձակ թվերով: 100 000 բնակչի հաշվով նախորդ տարվա փետրվարին ցուցանիշը կազմել է 1.5, այս տարի՝ 1.8: Աճը շատ չնչին է: Թվի ավելացումը քութեշ հիվանդության համաճարակաբանական հսկողության համակարգի կատարելագործման և դեպքերի ակտիվ հայտնաբերման արդյունք է»,-ասաց Թորոսյանն ու նշեց, որ քութեշի բռնկման վտանգ չկա:

Քութեշը բնորոշ է միայն մարդկանց: Այն հիմնականում արտահայտվում է նշաբորբով, ընդհանուր ինտոքսիկացիայով և մանր կետավոր ցանով: Այս հիվանդության հիմնական թիրախային խումբը 2-10 երեխաներն են: Վարակի աղբյուր հանդիսանում են միայն հիվանդ անձինք: Լիարժեք չբուժվելու դեպքում մարդը կարող է դառնալ առողջ վարակակիր: Այն փոխանցվում է օդակաթիլային ճանապարհով, բայց երեխաների դեպքում չի բացառվում նաև կոնտակտային ճանապարհը:

Թորոսյանը հորդորեց առաջին իսկ ախտանշանների դեպքում դիմել բժշկական օգնության, որպեսզի հիվանդը չդառնա առողջ մանրէակիր, և կանխվի հիվանդության տարածումը: Բժշկի դիմելու դեպքում բարդությունները բավականին քիչ են լինում: Հիվանդությունը շատ հեշտ է բուժվում: Սակայն եթե հիվանդության 4-5-րդ օրը օրգանիզմը շատ թույլ է, կարող են զարգանալ էնդոկարդիտներ, մի խումբ լիմֆատիկ գեղձերի բորբոքումներ, հոդերի ախտահարումներ:

«Քութեշի բռնկման վտանգ չկա այս պահին: Հիվանդացության 10 դեպքով բարձրացումը չի կարելի վտանգ համարել: Առհասարակ քութեշով բռնկումներ շատ հազվադեպ են գրանցվում»,-եզրափակեց Թորոսյանը:
