«Ազգուտակով՝ պաշտոնյա» շարքի շրջանակներում այս անգամ անդրադառնում ենք ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանին: Նրան ճանաչողները պատմում են, որ վաղ տարիքում կորցնելով հորը, երկու եղբայրների հետ աշխատելով, Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը փորձել է հոգալ ընտանիքի կարիքները, աշխատանքին զուգահեռ` նաեւ սովորել է:

Հաջողության գաղտնիքը

Դեռ երիտասարդ տարիքից լինելով ճկուն եւ հեռատես` կարողացել է ընտրել այնպիսի մարդկանց եւ նրանց հետ մտերմություն ու ընկերություն անել, որոնք հետագայում նպաստել են նրա ֆինանսական ու քաղաքական վերելքին: Նրանցից մեկը երբեմնի Կիրովական քաղաքի Հայխնայբանկի կառավարիչ Նապոլեոն Կոստանդյանն էր: Վանաձորցիների պատմելով` երբ խորհրդային ռուբլին փոխարինվեց հայկական դրամով եւ մարդիկ դեռ չէին կողմնորոշվում ֆինանսական նոր համակարգում, Բաղդասարյանը Կոստանդյանի օգնությամբ ճարպկորեն դրամ-ռուբլի փոխանակումների մեջ էր, վաուչերներ գնում, գործարաններ, ֆաբրիկաներ, օբյեկտներ սեփականաշնորհում: Դա նաեւ այն ժամանակշրջանն էր, երբ Հայաստանը պատերազմի մեջ էր Ադրբեջանի հետ եւ Վահրամի հասակակից-համաքաղաքացիներից շատերը կենաց-մահու կռիվ էին մղում հայրենիքի պաշտպանության համար: Այնուհետեւ, Բաղդասարյանը խիստ մտերմացավ Աղվան Հովսեփյանի հետ, ով դարձավ նրա քաղաքական հովանավորը: Թեեւ ժամանակին Բաղդասարյանը իր մյուս մանկության ընկերոջը՝ Վիկտոր Դալլաքյանի առջեւ նույնպես շատ դռներ է բացել եւ բերել քաղաքական ասպարեզ, սակայն հետագայում Դալլաքյանը դարձավ ոչ միայն նրա քաղաքական մրցակիցը, այլեւ՝ լուրջ հակառակորդը: Իսկ 2007 թ-ի ԱԺ Ընտրությունների ժամանակ մեծամասնական ընտրակարգով ընտրապայքարում Բաղդասարյանը խայտառակ պարտություն կրեց հենց երբեմնի ընկեր ու հովանավորյալ Վիկտոր Դալլաքյանի կողմից: Այս տարիների ընթացքում Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը չի մոռացել Կիրովականի նախկին գլխավոր բանկիր Նապոլեոն Կոստանդյանի լավությունները եւ նրա համար մշտապես բարձր պաշոններ է ապահովում վանաձորյան տարբեր բանկերում:
