Ջրի գումարները «ջրվո՞ւմ են».«Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հայտնի է, որ առաջիկա 15 տարիների ընթացքում Հայաստանի ողջ տարածքում խմելու ջրի միասնական օպերատոր է դարձել «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ֆրանսիական ընկերությունը, սակայն տպավորությունն այնպիսին է, որ ջրային ոլորտին մոտ կանգնած ընկերությունների համար այդ իրողության հետ հաշտվելն այնքան էլ դյուրին գործ չէ: «Հայջրմուղկոյուղի» ՓԲԸ–ին մոտ կանգնած աղբյուրից «Փաստին» հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն, ընկերությունում խոսակցություններ են շրջանառվում, որ «Վեոլիա Ջուր»–ը նույն ինքը «Հայջրմուղկոյուղի» ՓԲԸ–ն է, պարզապես ներկայանում է այլ ընկերության անվան տակ:
Լուրի իսկությունը ճշտելու համար «Փաստը» դիմեց ընկերության մամլո խոսնակ Ալեքսանդր Օհանյանին:
«Սուտ է այդ տեղեկությունը և բացարձակ չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը: «Վեոլիա» ընկերությունը ֆրանսիական ընկերություն է և որևէ կապ չունի «Հայջրմուղկոյուղի» ՓԲԸ–ի հետ»,– ասաց մամլո խոսնակը:
Մեկ այլ տեղեկության համաձայն, քանի որ «Հայջրմուղկոյուղի» ՓԲԸ–ն հունվարի 1–ից այլևս չի գործելու, ուստի ներքին կարգով որոշում է կայացրել իր հաշվին եղած պահուստային գումարները զրոյացնել և այդ նպատակով 200 հազարից մինչև 6 մլն դրամի չափով հավելավճարներ է դուրս գրում տարբեր աշխատակիցների անուններով:
Այս լուրը նույնպես անհանգստացնող էր, քանի որ մեր նախորդ՝ «Ջուր մատակարարող մասնավոր ընկերությունները գործել են պետական բյուջեից ստացվում գումարներով» հոդվածում ներկայացրել էինք, որ «Հայջրմուղկոյուղի» ՓԲԸ–ն, ինչպես հայկական մյուս երեք՝ «Նոր ակունք», «Լոռի ջրմուղ–կոյուղի» և «Շիրակ ջրմուղ–կոյուղի» մասնավոր ընկերությունները պետբյուջեից ստացվող գումարների հաշվին գոյատևող ընկերություններ են եղել: Այսինքն, ամենևին էլ չի բացառվում, որ բյուջեի գումարներով «ապրելուն» սովոր այս մասնավոր ընկերությունները նույնպես «մանր գողությամբ» զբաղվելու սովորություն ունեցած լինեին, ուստի հավելավճարների անտրամաբանական թվացող չափի մասին տեղեկությունները ճշտելու համար կրկին հարցն ուղղեցինք «Հայջրմուղկոյուղի» ՓԲԸ–ի մամուլի խոսնակին:
«Դա շատ մեծ թիվ է և ինչպե՞ս կարող է նման չափերի հասնող հավելավճարներ լինեն: Ամեն տարեվերջին հավելավճարներ վճարվում են, բայց ելնելով աշխատավարձի չափից, դրանք կարող են հասնել մինչև 300 հազար դրամի, բայց 6 միլիոն դրամը դոլարով գիտե՞ք ինչքան է կազմում: Ինչպե՞ս կարող է այդ չափով հավելավճար լինել: Այդ լուրը նույնպես չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը»,– ասաց Ա. Օհանյանը:
Ի դեպ, ինչպես ժողովուրդն է ասում՝ «առանց կրակ ծուխ չի լինում», իսկ որ ջրամատակարարմամբ զբաղվող ընկերություններում թացն ու չորն այնքան է իրար խառնված եղել, որ նույնիսկ դժվար է պարզել, թե ջրամատակարարմամբ զբաղվող ընկերություններից որն ինչքան գումար է ստացել պետական բյուջեից և ինչպես է այն ծախսել, դա փաստ է, բայց որ այս խմորը դեռ շատ ջուր կտանի` կարելի է պարզապես ենթադրել:
