Սահմռկեցուցիչ լուսանկարներ` Կեմերովոի դժոխային հրդեհից

Կեմերովոյի «Զիմնյայա վիշնյա» քառահարկ առեւտրի կենտրոնում՝ մարտի 25-ին բռնկված հրդեհի պատճառները դեռ պարզվում են: Սակայն պաշտոնական տվյալներով արդեն իսկ հայտնի է, որ հրդեհի հետեւանքով մահացել է 64 մարդ։

Այս տվյալներին չեն հավատում քաղաքի բնակիչները եւ հատուկ նախաձեռնող խումբ են ստեղծել զոհերի ճշգրիտ թիվը պարզելու համար: Այդ խմբին թույլ են տվել մտնել քաղաքային դիարաններից մեկը: Նրանց հետ հանդիպել է նաեւ այս պահին Կեմերովոյում գտնվող ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը եւ խոստացել, որ ողբերգության հետ կապ ունեցող բոլոր մեղավորները կպատժվեն:

Այժմ ընթանում է քննություն, պարզվում են հանգամանքները: Շրջանառվում է աղետի հիմնական երկու վարկածներ. կա՛մ երեխաներն են այրել խաղասենյակի պորոլոնը, կա՛մ հրդեհի պատճառ են դարձել մանկական տոնի ժամանակ վառած մոմերը։

Ռուսաստանում 100 տարվա ընթացքում գրանցված հրդեհների ցանկում այս ողբերգությունն ամենախոշորներից մեկն է զոհերի քանակով։ Խոշոր հրդեհներ են եղել Սամարայի Ներքին գործերի վարչությունում (1999 թվական, 57 զոհ), Կրասնոդարի երկրամասի Կամիշեւատսկայա ավանի ծերանոցում (2007 թվական, 63 զոհ) եւ Պերմի «Խրոմայա լոշադ» ակումբում (2009 թվական, 153 զոհ)։

Կեմերովոյից սոցցանցերում տարածվում են հրդեհի ու զոհերի մասին պատմող սահմռկեցուցիչ լուսանկարներ, որոնք մենք հրապարակում ենք այդ ողբերգության մասշտաբները մեր ընթերցողներին հայտնելու համար՝ հասկանալով նաեւ, որ լուսանկարների մի մասի հրապարակումը կարող է համարվել էթիկայի խախտում, ինչ համար ներողություն են խնդրում ընթերցողներից:

Արդեն հայտնի է, որ ողբերգության զոհերի ընտանիքները պետությունից կստանան 1-ական միլն ռուբլի փոխհատուցում: Յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիքին 3 մլն ռուբլու փոխհատուցում էլ կտրամադրի է «Զիմնյայա վիշնյա» առեւտրի կենտրոնի սեփականատերը:
