Երբ այս տղան հաղթեց հեռուստաշոուի ժամանակ, բոլորն ասում էին, որ նա կրկին կգիրանա. միայն տեսեք, թե ինչպիսին է նա այսօր

Ամերիկյան The Biggest Loser հեռուստաշոուն առաջին անգամ երևան է եկել 2004 թվականին: Այդ  շուուի շրջանակներում չափից շատ գիրացած մասնակիցները պետք է դիետաների, մարզումների միջոցով մրցակցից շուտ կարողանային նիհարել:

Հեռուստաշոուն անչափ մեծ համբավ ձեռք բերեց, և այլ երկրներ էլ սկսեցին այն հեռարձակել:

Բժիշկներն այն կարծիքին են, որ մասնակիցները վտանգում են իրենց առողջությունը փառքի ու ճանաչման հասնելու համար: Նրանցից շատերն էլ չէին կարողանում պահպանել իրենց քաշը հեռուստաշոուից հետո:

Սակայն կային մարդիկ, ում համար այս շոուն ճակատագրական դարձավ: Նրանցից մեկն էլ մեր հոդվածի հերոս Սեմ Ռուանն է:

Ավտրալացի այս տղան շոուին սկսեց մասնակցել 19 տարեկանից: Այս գեր տղան այն ժամանակ կշռում էր 155 կգ, իսկ հիմա դիտելով իր լուսանկարները նա ամաչում է ինքն իրենից, որ չի բռնել այդ ուղին ավելի վաղ:

Անցնելով բոլոր փորձությունների միջով Սեմը հաղթանակ տարավ՝ հաղթելով երրորդ եթերաշրջանի ժամանակ: Նա կարողացավ նիհարել 83 կգ՝ երիտասարդանալով ավելի քան 3 տարով:

Նրա հաղթանակից շատ երկար ժամանակ է անցել, և տեսեք, թե ինչպիսին է նա այսօր, չնայած այն մարդկանց խոսքերին, որ նա չի կարողանա մնալ այդ նույն քաշի վրա:
