Forbes-ը կազմել է ռուսական անշարժ գույքի շուկայի «արքաների» վարկանշային աղյուսակը. Սամվել Կարապետյանը 3-րդն է

Հեղինակավոր Forbes հանդեսը ներկայացրել է Ռուսաստանի անշարժ գույքի շուկայի «արքաների» վարկանշային աղյուսակը, որում ներառված 30 գործարարներից մեկը ռուսաստանաբնակ Սամվել Կարապետյանն է։

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, մասնագետները փաստել են, որ անշարժ գույքի`գրասենյակներ, առևտրի կենտրոններ, հյուրանոցային և պահեստային համալիրներ, վարձակալության արդյունքում ստացված գումարներն զգալիորեն նվազում երրորդ տարին անընդմեջ:

Ըստ այդմ, նվազել են նաև անշարժ գույքի շուկայի «արքաների» եկամուտները։ Ոլորտի վերլուծաբանների կանխատեսմամբ՝ 2016թ. բացասական միտումը կշարունակվի:

Ստորև ներկայացնում ենք Forbes-ի կազմած վարկանշային աղյուսակի լավագույն 3-յակը, որում ներառված է նաև մեր հայրենակիցը.

1. Զարախ Իլիև, Գոդ Նիսանով

«Կիևսկայա պլոշչադ» ընկերության ղեկավարներն անցած տարի իրենց պատկանող անշարժ գույքի վարձակալությունից ստացել են 1.270 մլն դոլար:

2. Ինգվար Կամպրադ

«ԻԿԵԱ-Մոս» ընկերության նախագահն անցած տարի անշարժ գույքի վարձույթից ստացել է 800 մլն դոլար:

3. Սամվել Կարապետյան

«Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբի սեփականատեր Սամվել Կարապետյանն անցած տարում անշարժ գույքի վարձակալությունից ստացել է 670 մլն դոլար: Աղբյուրը մանրամասնում է, որ «Տաշիրը» 2016-ին խոշորածավալ նախագիծ է սկսել Մոսկվայում, որի ներդրումային ծախսերը կազմում են 300 մլն դոլար: Ինչպես նշվում է 2016-ին «Տաշիր» խումբը Երևանում բացել է երրորդ առևտրի կենտրոնը` «Տաշիր Սթրիթ» անվանմամբ, որի իրագործումը 14 մլն դոլար է արժեցել:

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2015թ. հայ գործարարն անշարժ գույքի վարձակալությունից ունեցել է 610 մլն դոլարի եկամուտ և կրկին զբաղեցրել վարկանշային աղյուսակի 3-րդ հորիզոնականը։
