«Ժողովուրդ». Ապրիլյան զոհերի տարելիցի օրը հաղթանակի հրավառություն անելը «սիրուն չէ». ԱԺ ընտրություններն ապրիլի 2-ին չե՞ն կայանա

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Չի բացառվում, որ ԱԺ առաջիկա ընտրություններն անցկացվեն ոչ թե ապրիլի 2-ին, ինչպես արդեն որոշված է, այլ դրանից մի քանի օր անց: «Սիրուն չէ» արարը էլի կրկնվեց: Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ կուսակցություններից ՀԱԿ-ը, «Համախմբումը», ԲՀԿ-ն անընդունելի են համարել ԱԺ ընտրություններն ապրիլի 2-ին` քառօրյա պատերազմի առաջին տարելիցի օրը նշանակելու որոշումը: Ավելին՝ իրենց հայտարարությունների մեջ նրանք նաեւ պնդել են, թե ընտրություններն այդ օրը նշանակելը նաեւ հակասում է Սահմանադրությանը: Մինչեւ վերջերս իշխանության ամենատարբեր ներկայացուցիչներ դեմքի հնարավորինս խորիմաստ արտահայտությամբ փորձում էին համոզել, թե ընտրություններն ապրիլի 2-ին նշանակելը որեւէ խնդիր չէ: «Էդ հարցով ես ընդամենը մի բան եմ ասում՝ կա ընտրական օրենսգիրք, դրան համապատասխան՝ նշանակվել է օր, ընտրական գործընթացներն ընթանում են»,-ասել էր ԿԸՀ նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը` դույզն-ինչ չմտածելով, որ ապրիլյան զոհերի տարելիցի օրը հաղթանակի հրավառություն անելը «սիրուն չէ»: Եւ ահա երեկ ՀՀԿ խորհրդի եւ ԳՄ նիստում ունեցած ելույթում Սերժ Սարգսյանը հայտարարել է, որ եթե ընտրություններին մասնակից բոլոր ուժերը ցանկանան, որ ընտրությունների օրը փոխվի, ապա ինքը կգնա այդ քայլին: «Մեզ ոչինչ չի խանգարի, եթե ընդամենը մի քանի օրով հետաձգենք ընտրությունները: Եվ եթե գանք քաղաքական համաձայնության, ապա վստահ եմ՝ մեր իրավաբանները դրա հիմնավորումները շատ հանգիստ կարող են տալ, եւ ընտրական պրոցեսը ոչնչով չի խաթարվի»,- ասել է նա: Սպասվում է, որ այսօր ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարար Դավիթ «Մեզ ոչինչ չի խանգարի, եթե ընդամենը մի քանի օրով հետաձգենք ընտրությունները»Հարությունյանն իրավական եզրակացություն կտա` ինչպես է հնարավոր փոխել ընտրությունների օրը, որը մինչեւ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ելույթը անհնար էր թվում»:
