Թրամփի ադրբեջանական միլիոնները.«Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Դոնալդ Թրամփի նախագահ ընտրվելուց հետո ամբողջ աշխարհը գուշակում է, թե նա ինչ քաղաքականություն կվարի, որ երկրի հետ ինչ հարաբերություններ կկառուցի: Մեր փորձագետները նույնպես տարբեր տեսակետներ են հայտնում, թե Հարավային Կովկասի հարցում Թրամփը ինչ մոտեցումներ կորդեգրի: Բայց մինչ մենք գուշակում ենք, պարզվում է, որ, օրինակ, Ադրբեջանի հետ Թրամփին կարող են կապել ոչ միայն իր երկրի շահերը, այլև անձնական հետաքրքրությունները: Օրերս The Washington Post–ը հայտնել է, որ Դ. Թրամփն ԱՄՆ–ից դուրս ունի 113 միջազգային ձեռնարկություն (18 երկրում), այդ թվում` 5–ը՝ Ադրբեջանում: Դրանցից մեկի անունը հայտնի է` Trump International Hotel & Tower Baku: Այդ ընկերությունից ԱՄՆ նորընտիր նախագահը տարեկան վաստակում է 2–2,5 մլն դոլար: Ի դեպ, Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության և Թրամփի ընտանիքի միջև միջնորդ է հանդիսանում Ադրբեջանի տրանսպորտի նախարար Զիա Մամեդովի որդին՝ Անար Մամեդովը, ով հիմնականում բնակվում է ԱՄՆ–ում և այնտեղ «լվանում» է ոչ միայն իր հոր, այլև Ալիևների ընտանիքի միլիարդները:

Ըստ որոշ աղբյուրների` նա հպարտանում է իր մտերմությամբ Թրամփի դստեր՝ Իվանկայի հետ, ով հիմա զբաղվում է Դոնալդ Թրամփի բիզնես–կայսրության գործերով: Վերջերս էլ ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ–ները հայտնել էին, որ Անարը հրավիրված է Դ. Թրամփի երդմնակալությանը:

Թրամփի բիզնես կապերը Ադրբեջանի և այլ երկրների հետ դարձել են ամերիկացի իրավաբանների ու էթիկայի փորձագետների քննարկման առարկա: Ամերիկյան ProPublica հանդեսի վերլուծաբանների կարծիքով` իրավաբանական տեսանկյունից Թրամփի արտասահմանյան արտոնագրային համաձայնությունները կարող են ոտնահարել ԱՄՆ Սահմանադրությունը, ըստ որի` նախագահն իրավունք չունի ստանալու դրամական պարգևատրում: Իսկ Սահմանադրության ոտնահարումը կարող է հանգեցնել իմպիչմենտի: Բայց կա մեկ «բայց»: «Ինչպե՞ս կիմանանք, որ Թրամփը խախտել է Սահմանադրության դրույթները»,– հարցնում է ProPublica–ն և ինքն էլ պատասխանում` ոչ մի կերպ: Իսկ պատճառը, նախևառաջ, պահանջների սահմանափակումներն են, որոնք վերաբերում են նախագահի կողմից տեղեկատվություն բացահայտելուն:
Ինչ էլ լինի, այն, որ Թրամփը բիզնես–շահեր ունի մեր հարևան երկրում, մեզ համար այնքան էլ ոգևորիչ հանգամանք չէ:
