Քամել պատրաստի խառնուրդը և լցնել ապակե տարայի մեջ: Սենյակային ջերմաստիճանի հասնելուց հետո դնել սառնարանի մեջ:

Օգտագործել ըմպելիքն ամեն օր, առավոտյան և երեկոյան՝ 2-ական ճ/գ, ուտելուց 2 ժամ հետո:
