Սեքսը դարձել է սովորական. զույգերից ո՞վ է ավելի շուտ սառում և ինչու

Առողջ, կայուն հարաբերությունները զույգերի երջանկության գրավականն են: Սակայն լինում է այնպես, որ նույնիսկ այդպիսի հարաբերություններում մեկը սկսում է սառել սեքսի նկատմամբ: Ո՞վ առաջինը, և ինչպե՞ս դա շտկել:

Սեքսուալ հետաքրքրության մասին թարմ հետազոտությունն անսպասելի արդյունք է տվել: Բրիտանական Սաութհեմփթոնի համալսարանի գիտնականները փորձարկման արդյունքում պարզել են, որ կանայք, տղամարդկանցից չորս անգամ ավելի, հարաբերությունների մեկ տարուց հետո սկսում են կորցնել հետաքրքրությունը սեքսի նկատմամբ: Հետազոտությանը մասնակցել է 4839 կին և 6669 տղամարդ։

Հիմնական պատճառներից են սոցիալական և անձնական գործոնները, այդ թվում՝ առողջական խնդիրները կամ նախկինում սեքսից ստացած վատ տպավորությունները: Յուրաքանչյուր 6 կանանցից մեկը, և 33 տղամարդկանցից մեկը նախկինում ենթարկված է եղել սեռական բռնության։ Բացի այդ կանայք մոռանում են սեքսի մասին, երբ տանը կան փոքրիկներ, զգացմունքային անբավարար շփումներից և իրենց ցանկությունների մասին բարձրաձայնելու վախից։ Եվ դա հասկանալի է․ հաղորդակցությունը հարաբերությունների պահպանման կարևոր գործոններից մեկն է։

 

 


Չի կարելի ժխտել նաև տարիքային փոփոխությունները: Ի դեպ, այս առումով հետազոտությունը ևս մի հետաքրքիր արդյունք է տվել: Տղամարդիկ հակված են կորցնել հետաքրքրությունը 35 և 44 տարեկանի միջև, իսկ կանայք՝ 55 և 64: Հարցումներին մասնակցած տղամարդկանց 15% նշել է, որ վերջին մեկ տարում սեքի ցանկություն չի ունեցել երեք և ավելի ամիս շարունակ, իսկ կանանց 34% է նման իրավիճակում եղել։

Հետազոտողները նաև ավելացնում են, որ գոյություն չունեն ոսկե հաբեր հարաբերություններում սեքսուալ խնդիրները լուծելու համար: Նրանք նշում են, որ խորը թաքնված պատճառը պետք է վեր հանել, աշխատել վրան և հետագայում բարձրացնել զույգի հետաքրքրությունը սեքսի նկատմամբ, այլ ոչ թե շրջվել հակառակ կողմ:
