«Հայկական վերածնունդը» քաղաքացիներից անձնագրե՞ր է հավաքում .«Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրերս թեժ խոսակցություններ են ընթանում այն մասին, որ ՀՎԾ–ն Լոռու մարզի Ջրաշեն գյուղի բնակիչներից անձնագրեր է հավաքում՝ ավանդների վերադարձի շուրջ օրենքի նախաձեռնության շրջանակներում ստատիստիկ տվյալներ ներկայացնելու համար:
Թե որքանով է տեղեկությունը համապատասխանում իրականությանը «Փաստը» ճշտեց ՕԵԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Լևոն Դոխոլյանից, ով հերքեց քաղաքացիներից անձնագրեր հավաքելու մասին լուրերը՝ նշելով. «Մենք անձնագրեր չենք հավաքում: Այն տեղեկությունը, որ ձեզ հասել է, սխալ է: Պարզապես հավաքում ենք տեղեկություն, թե որքան դրամի շրջանակներում կա ավանդ, որը դեռևս չի հատկացվել: Մենք փաստաթղթեր չենք հավաքում: Քաղաքացիների խոսքի հիման վրա ենք հենվում»,– ասաց ՕԵԿ խմբակցության պատգամավորը:
Հարցի շուրջ կարծիք ստացանք նաև Լոռվա պատգամավոր, պետաիրավական մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Հովհաննես Սահակյանից. «Անձնագրեր հավաքելու մասին գործառույթները պետք է ուսումնասիրենք: Ինքս տեղյակ եմ այդ խնդրին: Լոռու մարզում ու հանրապետության գրեթե բոլոր տարածքներում մեր քաղաքական որոշ գործընկերներ իրականացնում են այդ գործառույթը: Տրամաբանությունն ու պատճառաբանությունը այն են, որ օրենսդրական նախաձեռնության շրջանակներում ուսումնասիրություններ են իրականացնում հասկանալու համար, թե քանի քաղաքացի ավանդ չի ստացել: Հաշվի առնելով նախընտրական ժամանակահատվածը՝ պարզ է, թե ինչին են ուղղված այդ աշխատանքները»,– ասաց ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավորը՝ հավելելով, որ նման գործելաոճը ավելի շատ քաղաքական հնարքներ է հիշեցնում:
Մեր այն դիտարկմանը, որ ժամանակին էլ ներկայիս իշխանությունն էր անձնագրեր հավաքում, արդյոք քաղաքական հարթակում «իրարից հաց խլելու» գործընթաց է սկսվել, Հ. Սահակյանը պատասխանեց. «Նրանք ասում են, որ ավանդները տալու են, տպավորություն են փորձում ստեղծել, որ դրանք վերադարձնելու են: Ո՞վ գիտե, միգուցե այդ քայլով իրենց տարածքային կառույցներն են փորձում համալրել՝ ասելով, որ տեսեք այսքան անդամ ունենք: Չեմ կարող ասել, քանի որ մանրամասներին չեմ տիրապետում»:
