«Փախիր, խնդրում եմ»,սրանք վերջին խոսքերն էին, որ ասաց կինն ամուսնուն դաժան բռնաբարությունից և սպանությունից առաջ.նոր մանրամասներ սահմռկեցուցիչ դեպքից

Դժբախտ ամուսինը մինչ այսօր զղջում է, որ կնոջը միայնակ է թողել դաժան մարդասպանի հետ:

64-ամյա Բրայան Մելիտոն, ում  կնոջը  դաժանորեն  բռնաբարել եւ սպանել են  Կարիբյան լողափում, նոր մանրամասներ է պատմել դեպքի մասին,- հայտնում է Mirror-ը:

Ջեսիկան վայելում էր արձակուրդի առաջին օրը Գրանադայում, երբ ջունգլիներից նրա առջև հայտնվեց դատապարտված հանցագործը: Դեյվիդ Բենջամինը դանակը դրեց նրա կոկորդին և գոռաց . «Արի ինձ հետ»: Բրայանը խնդրեց վերցնել իրենց մոտ եղած ամբողջ գումարը , միայն թե թողնի  իր կնոջը, բայց Բենջամինը նրան  տարավ դեպի  ջունգլիներ: Այնուհետեւ ամուսինը, զինված՝   քարերով ու փայտով, հետեւեց նրանց, փորձելով փրկել Ջեսիկային: Բայց հանցագործը ավելի խորացավ թփերի մեջ, իսկ կինը արտասվելով գոռում էր. «Փախիր, խնդրում եմ»:

«Ես միշտ մեղադրելու եմ ինձ, որ լսեցի նրան և թողեցի մարդասպանի հետ ասելով՝ թե կվերադառնամ նրա ետևից»:

Բրայանը անմիջապես հյուրանոցի անձնակազմին պատմեց միջադեպի մասին եւ դիմեց ոստիկանություն: Նա կրկին վազեց դեպի ջունգլիներ, բայց գտավ մահացած կնոջ կիսամերկ մարմինը:Ոստիկանությունը պնդում է, որ եթե Բրայան մնար, ապա, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, նա նույնպես կսպանվեր:

Բրայանն ու Ջեսիկան հանդիպել են միմյանց  2013 թ. Փետրվարին Կոստա Ռիկայում անցկացվող պարային սեմինարի ժամանակ: Նրանց միջև անմիջապես սիրավեպ է սկսվել, և ըստ Բրայանի՝ նա ամենաերջանիկ մարդն էր այս մոլորակում: Նրանք նշանադրվել էին 2014թ-ին Իտալիայում  ճանապարհորդելու ընթացքում և  նույն տարում էլ  ամուսնացել:
