Նախ արբեցրել է , բռնաբարել , հետո ստորաբար նկարահանել և տարածել տեսանյութը

Երեկոյի ժամանակ աղջիկը չարաշահելը ալկոհոլը և անջատվել է ննջարանում, ուր հետո ներխուժել է բռնարարը։

Այդ երեկո Դրեյթոն Դուեին Փրեսթոնը ընկերների և իր ապագա զոհի հետ երեկո էին կազմակերպել։ Երբ 17-ամյա աղջիկը չարաշահել է ալկոհոլը, իր ընկերոջ հետ գնացել է ուրիշ սենյակ, որտեղ սիրահարները սեքսով են զբաղվել։ Հետո նա անջատվել է, իսկ երբ արթնացել է, նրա վրա արդեն Դրեյթոնն է եղել,- հաղորդում է CNN-ը։

Առավոտ շուտ տղան հանել է պատուհանի միջատապաշտպան ցանցն ու մտել ննջարան, որտեղ պառկած է եղել աղջիկը։ Նա բռնաբարել է աղջկան, չնայած որ վախեցած աղջիկը դիմադրություն է ցույց տվել։ Երբ Դրեյթոնը դուրս է եկել սենյակից, աղջիկն ամեն բան պատմել է ընկերներին։ Նույն օրը տուժողի հետ հանդիպել է Դրեյթոնի ընկերուհին, ով տեսել է աղջկա նկարները «Facebook»-ում։ Նա մտածել է, որ զոհը ինքն է ուղարկել իր մերկ նկարները Դրեյթոնին։ Սակայն պարզվել է, որ Դրեյթոնը տեսագրել է բռնաբարությունը իր զոհի հեռախոսով, ապա դրանք իրեն է ուղարկել և ջնջել հեռախոսից։

Դատարանում Դրեյթոնը ընդունել է իր մեղքը։ Նրան դատապարտել են 28 ամսվա ազատազրկման։ Բացի այդ, 20 տարի շարունակ նա պետք է հաշվառված լինի սեքսուալ հանցագործների գրանցամատյանում։
