«Ալյանս» կուսակցության մամուլի խոսնակ. «Սարգիս Հարությունյանը կոմպրոմատներ է հավաքել»

Մի շարք լրատվամիջոցներում, «Ալյանսի» փոխնախագահի դատավճռի վերաբերյալ հրապարակումներին ի պատասխան հայտնում եմ, որ տարիներ առաջ առանձնապես խոշոր չափի խարդախության համար չորս տարվա ազատազրկման դատապարտված «Ալյանսի» վարչության անդամ Սարգիս Հարությունյանի վճիռը անցած տարվա վերջում Վճռաբեկ դատարանը (№ ԵԿԴ/0236/01/14) օրինական ուժի մեջ մտցրեց:

Այդ պահից Սարգիսը սկսում է կոմպրոմատներ հավաքել կուսակցության առանցքային գործիչների և նախագահի վերաբերյալ, պառակտիչ ու քայքայիչ գործողություններ կատարում կուսակցության մեջ, զրպարտում գործընկերներին՝ պահանջելով, որպեսզի կուսակցությունը փոխի ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական կուրսը և իշխանություններից խնդրի չեղարկել օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճիռն ու փրկի իրեն բանտից, միաժամանակ պահանջելով ֆինանսավորում և սպառնալով փոխել իր տված մի շարք ցուցմունքները այն քրեական գործերով, որոնցով նա անցնում է վկայի կարգավիճակով: Կապի մեջ մտնելով քաղաքական հակառակորդների և մի քանի քրեական գործով անցնող պետությանը վնաս պատճառած անձանց հետ, նրանց տրամադրել է կուսակցությանը վերաբերող գաղտնի տեղեկություններ և կուսակցության նախագահին ու մի շարք վարչության անդամներին վարկաբեկող սուտ ու կեղծ տվյալներ:

Կուսակցության և կուսակցության նախագահի վստահությունը չարաշահած, բարձր դիրքի, լիազորությունների ու չափազանց շոշափելի խրախուսանքի արժանացած այդ անձը, կատարելով քրեական հանցագործություն, ավտոմատ կերպով ենթակա է հեռացման կուսակցությունից կանոնադրության թիվ 10.11 կետի համաձայն:

Այսուհետ Սարգիս Հարությունյանի կողմից «Ալյանս» կուսակցության բնականոն գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելը դիտվելու է քրեական օրենսգրքի շրջանակներում և ձեռնարկվելու են համապատասխան միջոցներ:

«Ալյանս» կուսակցության վարչությունը Սարգսին կուսակցությունից հեռացնելու որոշում է կայացրել, միևնույն ժամանակ որոշում է կայացրել ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենտից հրատապ պատասխան ստանալու, թե որ հիմքով է ազատազրկման դատապարտված այդ անձը գտնվում ազատության մեջ՝ օրինական վճռի ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո:
