«Դրախտ երկրի վրա» կամ քաղաք, որտեղ պարզապես չկա քաղաքականություն և չկա ոչ մի խտրականություն. Ահա, թե ինչ պայմաններում են մարդիկ ապրում (Ֆոտոշարք)

Աուրովիլը կամ «լուսաբացի քաղաքը» բազմազգ քաղաք է Հնդկաստանի հարավում, որը գտնվում է ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի հովանու ներքո: Տեղակայված է Թամիլնադ նահանգում՝ Պուդուչերի քաղաքի կողքին: Ըստ հիմնադիրների՝ քաղաքը պետք է դառնա փորձ՝ միջազգային հասարակություն ստեղծելու, որտեղ մարդիկ կապրեն առանց քաղաքականության և կրոնական պատկանելության:

«Երկրի վրա ինչ-որ մի տեղ պետք է այնպիսի մի վայր լինի, որտեղ ոչ մի ազգ հատուկ իրավունքներ չունենա, որտեղ բոլոր մարդիկ, ովքեր անկեղծ ձգտումներ ունեն, կարողանան ապրել ազատ՝ ենթարկվելով միայն մեկ ղեկավարության՝ «Գերագույն ճշմարտությանը»:

Աուրովիլի բնակիչ կարող է դառնալ յուրաքանչյուրը: Նորեկների համար փորձաշրջանը տևում է մեկ տարի, որից հետո մշտական քաղաքացները կարող են ինչ-ինչ պատճառներով հրաժարվել նորեկին ընդունելուց: Եթե որոշեք այնտեղ գնալ և տուն գնել, ապա այն Ձեր սեփականությունը կմնա այնքան ժամանակ, ինչքան որ ապրեք քաղաքում:

 

Սա հեքիաթ է թվում, սակայն իրականում Աուրովիլը գոյություն ունի:

1968 թ.՝ քաղաքի հիմնադրման օրը, հարյուրավոր երկրների ներկայացուցիչներ եկան այստեղ և իրենց հետ բերեցին հայրենիքից վերցված հողեր:

Աուրովիլի հենց կենտրոնում գտնվում է Մատրիմանդիրը՝ ոսկե գմբեթով կառույց, որտեղ բնակիչները հավաքվում և մեդիտացիա են անում: Մեջտեղում՝ հենց գմբեթի տակ, տեղադրված է հսկայական ճենապակե գունդ, որը ամբողջ օրվա ընթացքում կուրացուցիչ, բայց չափազանց գեղեցիկ լույս է հաղորդում:

Քաղաքը կառուցվել է 50 հազար բնակչի համար: Այժմ մշտական բնակչությունը կազմում է երկու հազար: Մարդկանց մեծամասնությունն այստեղ է եկել Հնդկաստանից, սակայն կան նաև Ֆրանսիայից, Գերմանիայից, Իսրայելից, Ամերիկայից, Ռուսաստանից և շատ այլ երկրներից ժամանածներ: Բնակիչներն ապրում են սպիրալաձև դասավորված տներում: Ամեն մեկը զբաղվում է իր գործով: Քաղաքում կան դաշտեր, գործարաններ, փռեր, ճաշարաններ, դպրոցներ, կինոթատրոններ, երաժշտական դպրոց և անգամ թերթի տպագրատուն:

Քաղաքում բոլոր կարևոր որոշումները ընդունվում են հատուկ հետազոտական խմբերի կողմից և հաստատվում են ընդհանուր քվեարկությամբ: Քաղաքապետարան կամ այլ տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմին այստեղ չի գործում:

Աուրովիլում աշխատող բոլոր բնակիչները ամսական շուրջ 90 եվրո (մոտ 46 000 դր.) աշխատավարձ են ստանում: Այստեղ շատ են երիտասարդ ընտանիքները: Բացի հողագործներից և ինժեներներից՝ այստեղ կան նաև նկարիչներ, ճարտարապետներ, ուսուցիչներ և բժիշկներ: Բնակիչները հավատացած են, որ այնպիսի փորձի են մասնակցում, որը հսկայական օգուտ է տալու մարդկությանը:

Այստեղ մեքենաներ չկան, բացառությամբ այն տաքսիների, որոնք «արտաքին աշխարհից» մարդիկ են բերում: Քաղաքը շատ մեծ է, այդ իսկ պատճառով մարդիկ կարողանում են տեղաշարժվել մոպեդների օգնությամբ:
