Փոխնախարար. «Առաջիկա օրերին ցրտահարության վտանգ չունենք». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Համեմատած նախորդ տարիների հետ՝ մասնագետները այս տարին ցրտահարության վտանգի առումով ռիսկային են համարում: Մասնավորապես՝ մարտին ու ապրիլին հնարավոր ցրտերի մասին է մատնանշվում:

Հաշվի առնելով վերջին շրջանում ցրտահարության հնարավոր վտանգի վերաբերյալ նաև լրատվամիջոցներում արծարծվող քննարկումները, հարցի շուրջ փորձեցինք պարզաբանում ստանալ ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունից:

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության փոխնախարար Աշոտ Հարությունյանը, պատասխանելով «Փաստ»–ի այն հարցին, թե այս պահի դրությամբ արդյոք ցրտահարության վտանգ կա՞, նախ նշեց. «Մեր հանրապետությունում այս պահի դրությամբ ոչ մի մշակաբույսի առումով ձմեռային ցրտահարություն չի գրանցվել: Նորմալ՝ տեղումներով ու ոչ բարձր ջերմաստիճանով գարուն է: Ըստ տեղեկատվության՝ առաջիկա օրերին ցրտահարության վտանգ չունենք»:

Հարցին, թե գյուղացիների շրջանում հնարավոր ցրտահարության վտանգները մեղմելու առումով իրազեկման ինչ աշխատանքներ են տարվում, փոխնախարարը նախ շեշտեց, որ ամեն տարի ցրտահարության վտանգը լինում է:

«Երբ ընդհանուր ջերմաստիճանի կտրուկ անկում է լինում և երկարատև բնույթ է կրում, գիտենք, որ դրա հետևանքները բացասական են: Հուսանք, որ նման իրավիճակ այս տարի չի լինի: Ինչ վերաբերում է ուշ գարնանային ցրտահարություններին, որոնց մասով պետք է խորհուրդներ տալ, ապա այդ մասին դեռևս վաղ է խոսել: Հանրապետությունում տարբեր տարիների ընթացքում ուշ գարնանային ցրտահարություններ դիտվել են տարբեր ժամանակահատվածներում, որոնք տարբեր ձևով են դրսևորվել: Հուսանք՝ այս տարի չենք ունենա նման դեպքեր: Նայած բնակլիմայական գոտիների և նայած մարզերի՝ դա հիմնականում կարող է լինել ապրիլին, ապրիլի կեսերին կամ ապրիլի վերջերին: Առհասարակ տարբեր մշակաբույսեր ունեն տարբեր օրգաններ, ցրտահարման տարբեր աստիճաններ և տարբեր ջերմաստիճաններում են ցրտահարվում: Սա ընդհանուր մասնագիտական հարց ու խնդիր է, բայց այս պահի դրությամբ դա քննարկելու անհրաժեշտությունը չունենք: Գարունը դեռ նոր է սկսվում: Արարատյան հարթավայրում մարդիկ նոր են սկսում ցանքեր կատարել, որոշ մշակաբույսեր արդեն ցանված են, որոշներն էլ արդեն թաղանթների տակ են: Ծաղիկները և հիմնականում ծառերը կոկոնակալման փուլում են, հետագայում կբացվեն: Աստված չանի, եթե ինչ–որ անկում լինի, բնական է, մենք հնարավորության սահմաններում անհրաժեշտ և օգտակար խորհուրդներով հանդես կգանք»,– եզրափակեց Աշոտ Հարությունյանը:
