Միջադեպ «Վանաձոր» ՔԿՀ-ում

Արտակարգ դեպք «Վանաձոր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում: ՔԿՀ-ի կալանավորների և աշխատակցի միջև տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի ժամանակ կալանավորվածներից մեկը հարվածներ է հասցրել ՔԿՀ-ի աշխատակցին: Տեղեկությունը ԼՈւՐԵՐ.com-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում հաստատեց Գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնի պետ Արևիկ Խաչատրյանը.

«Դեպքի առթիվ այսօր Լոռու դատախազությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: «Վանաձոր» ՔԿՀ-ի աշխատակցի զեկուցագրի վերաբերյալ նախապատրաստված նյութերով տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ նույն հիմնարկի թիվ 28-րդ խցում պահվող կալանավորված անձ Զ. Ն., զբոսանքից վերադառնալիս ցանկացել է մուտք գործել եղբոր՝ Լ. Ն.-ի խուց: Սակայն քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի մասնագետ Է. Կ.-ի կողմից մերժում ստանալով՝ նախ ինքը, ապա եղբայրը կալանավորվածներին պահելու վայրի բնականոն գործունեությունը խոչընդոտելու նպատակով վիճաբանության մեջ են մտել ՔԿՀ աշխատակցի հետ, վերջինիս նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելով՝ ձեռքերով հարվածներ են հասցրել նրա դեմքին»,- փոխանցեց Գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնի պետը:

Խաչատրյանը նշեց. «Հաշվի առնելով այն փաստը, որ նյութերում առերևույթ առկա է Քրեական օրենսգրքի 319-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով նախատեսված հանցագործության հանցակազմի հատկանիշներ, Լոռու մարզի դատախազության ավագ դատախազի կողմից որոշում է կայացվել դեպքի առթիվ հարուցել քրեական գործ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 319-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով»:
