Լոռիում միջին աշխատավարձը 155.810 դրամ է. մարզպետ (տեսանյութ)

Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն այսօր այցելել է Լոռու մարզ` ծանոթանալու 2017 թ. մարզի և համայնքների զարգացման ծրագրերի շրջանակում ըստ ոլորտների իրականացված միջոցառումների արդյունքներին ու 2018 թ. անելիքներին:

Մարզպետ Արթուր Նալբանդյանը ներկայացրել է 2017 թ. կատարված աշխատանքները և հիմնական մակրոտնտեսական ցուցանիշները. մարզի տնտեսության հիմնական հատվածների համախառն արտադրանքը (ծավալը) կազմել է 298.9 մլրդ դրամ (հանրապետականի 5.2 տոկոսը), կամ աճը 2016 թ. նկատմամբ կազմել է 103.8 տոկոս: Արդյունաբերական արտադրանքի ծավալը կազմել է 146 մլրդ 408.6 մլն դրամ, աճը 2016թ. նկատմամբ՝ 98.6 տոկոս, տեսակարար կշիռը հանրապետական ծավալում՝ 8.8 տոկոս: Գյուղատնտեսական համախառն արտադրանքի ծավալը կազմել է 78 մլրդ 900.0 մլն դրամ, աճը 2016 թ. նկատմամբ՝ 115.8 տոկոս, տեսակարար կշիռը հանրապետական ծավալում՝ 8.7 տոկոս: Շինարարության ծավալը կազմել է 17 մլրդ 785.4 մլն դրամ, աճը 2016 թ. նկատմամբ՝ 106.0 տոկոս, տեսակարար կշիռը հանրապետական ծավալում՝ 4.3 տոկոս: Մանրածախ առևտրի շրջանառությունը կազմել է 37 մլրդ 635.6 մլն դրամ, աճը 2016թ. նկատմամբ՝ 94.7 տոկոս, տեսակարար կշիռը հանրապետական ծավալում՝ 2.8 տոկոս, իսկ ծառայությունների ծավալը կազմել է 18 մլրդ 214.7 մլն դրամ, աճը 2016թ. նկատմամբ՝ 115.5 տոկոս, տեսակարար կշիռը հանրապետական ծավալում՝ 1.3 տոկոս: Հաստատվել է 2017-2025 թթ. Լոռու մարզի զարգացման ռազմավարությունը և ամբողջությամբ պատրաստ է 2018 թ. տարեկան գործունեության ծրագիրը, որում ներառված են 2018 թ. ՀՀ պետական բյուջեի, համայնքային բյուջեի, մասնավոր ներդրումներով, դոնորներով, միջազգային և այլ կազմակերպությունների կողմից Լոռու մարզում ընթացիկ տարում նախատեսվող ներդրումային ծրագրերը: Ռազմավարությամբ սահմանվել է մարզի զարգացման տեսլականը, այն է՝ ունենալ բազմաճյուղ, զարգացած արդյունաբերություն, արդիականացված գյուղատնտեսություն և զարգացած զբոսաշրջություն, ՏՏ ոլորտ։

Արթուր Նալբանդյանի խոսքով՝ մարզի համայնքների բյուջեներով 2017 թ. նախատեսված մուտքերն ապահովվել են 96.6 տոկոսով, կամ նախատեսված 7333.3 մլն դրամ մուտքերի դիմաց հավաքագրվել է 7086.7 մլն դրամ: 2016 թ. համեմատ սեփական եկամուտների կատարողականն ավելացել է 11.1 տոկոսով. Մարզպետը նշել է, որ 100 տոկոսանոց հավաքագրում չի հաջողվել արձանագրել հողի հարկի մասով, ինչը հիմնականում պայմանավորված է սեփականատերերի հանրապետությունից բացակայելու հանգամանքով: Վարչապետն ընդգծել է, որ պետք է հարցը կարգավորել և հանձնարարել է ներկայացնել լուծումներ:

Շինարարության մասով կառավարության ղեկավարին զեկուցվել է, որ 2016 թ. շինթույլտվությունների թիվը կազմել է 114, 2017 թ.՝ 212, նոր իրականացված շինարարության ծավալը կազմել է 29686 քմ՝ 2016 թ. 17380 քմ դիմաց: 2018 թ. համար վարչապետը հանձնարարել է մշտական հսկողության տակ պահել տրվող շինթույլտվությունների տրամադրման քանակը և շինարարության ծավալը՝ կարևորելով կառավարման արդյունավետության բարձրացումը. «2017 թ. շինթույլտվությունների քանակը ձեզ մոտավորապես պետք է հուշի, թե 2018 թ. որքան շինարարություն եք ունենալու ծավալային հաշվարկով: Հիմա մենք համատիրությունների վերաբերյալ օրենք ենք պատրաստում և նոր ինստիտուտ ենք ներդնում, որին պետք է ակտիվ մասնակցել: Մենք ցանկանում ենք նաև դրանով արդյունավետ կառավարիչների ինստիտուտ ձևավորել»:
