Ավազակները սկսել են թիրախավորել զբոսաշրջիկներին. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մինչ Հայաստանը փորձում է զբոսաշրջության ծավալների աճից ուրախանալ, պարզվում է, որ դրա հետ մեկտեղ ավելացել են զբոսաշրջիկների հանդեպ կատարվող հանցավոր գործողությունները: Հանցագործների երևակայությունն այնքան մեծ է, որ կարողանում են մտածել բռնաբարությունից մինչև զբոսաշրջիկների հանդեպ կեղծ խուզարկությունների պատրվակով գումար գողանալու փորձերի մասին: Եվ մինչ նման դեպքերը կդառնային իրավապահների ուշադրության առարկա, հայտնի չէ, թե մինչ այդ քանի զբոսաշրջիկի վրա է նման հարձակում եղել և որն ինչ ավարտ է ունեցել:

Ամենատխուրը, սակայն, այն է, որ այս ամենը խոսում է Հայաստանի մարզերում անվտանգության ցածր մակարդակ ունենալու մասին, ինչը, համաձայնեք, մտահոգիչ իրողություն է: Ստացվում է, որ ցանկացած վայրում, օրը ցերեկով կարելի է ցանկացած տեսակի ու որակի բռնության զոհ դառնալ ու եթե դրանից հետո, անգամ, ուժային կառույցները հայտնաբերեն ու մեկուսացնեն ավազակային հարձակումներ իրականացնողներին, միևնույն է, նման դեպքերը միանշանակ կազդեն մեր երկրի իմիջի վրա, չնայած, որ Հայաստանը միջազգային կառույցների կողմից իրականացված զեկույցներում համարվել է ամենաանվտանգ երկրներից մեկը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ անցյալ տարվա հոկտեմբերին մի չինուհու նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելով սեքսուալ բնույթի գործողություններ էին կատարվել, իսկ այս տարվա փետրվարին էլ արձանագրվել են օտարերկրյա զբոսաշրջիկներին կողոպտելու փորձեր:

ՀՀ ոստիկանության լրատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչության պետ Աշոտ Ահարոնյանը «Փաստ»–ին տեղեկացրեց, որ Հայաստան այցելող զբոսաշրջիկների անվտանգությունը մշտապես իրենց ուշադրության կենտրոնում է, իսկ պատմամշակութային վայրերի տարածքը մշտապես գտնվում է ոստիկանների հսկողության ներքո:

«Ինչ վերաբերում է առանձին դեպքերին, ապա դրանք բոլոր երկրներում էլ տեղի են ունենում, սակայն ՀՀ ոստիկանությունն ամեն ինչ անում է նման արատավոր դեպքերը կանխարգելելու և զբոսաշրջիկների անվտանգությունը լիարժեք ապահովելու համար»,– ասաց Ա. Ահարոնյանը:
