«Ելք»–ը կդիմի ՍԴ՝ հակասահմանադրական համարելով երկրի նախագահի՝ ԱԺ–ի կողմից ընտրվելը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Ելք» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է, որ իրենց իրավաբանները պատրաստել են ՍԴ դիմում՝ ՀՀ նախագահի ընտրությունների շուրջ ստեղծված սահմանադրական խառնաշփոթի հարցով։ Նրանք դիմումով Սահմանադրական դատարանից պահանջում են հակասահմանադրական ճանաչել ԱԺ կանոնակարգի այն դրույթները, որոնցով նախատեսվում է հանրապետության նախագահին ընտրել Ազգային ժողովում։

«Առաջարկվում է երկրի չորրորդ նախագահի ընտրություններն անցկացնել համաժողովրդական քվեարկությամբ։ ՍԴ դիմելու համար անհրաժեշտ է ԱԺ 21 պատգամավորի ստորագրություն։ ՍԴ դիմումի տեքստը ուղարկել ենք «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի ներկայացուցիչներին՝ առաջարկելով ստորագրել»,– գրված է Փաշինյանի էջում։

ԱԺ պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանից «Փաստ»–ը փորձեց տեղեկանալ, թե ինչ կարծիք ունեն իրենք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այս հայտարարության կապակցությամբ, ինչին ի պատասխան՝ պատգամավորը մեզ հայտնեց, թե այս մասին առաջինը մեզնից է լսում:

– Ես տեղյակ չեմ՝ «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքից ում են դիմել: Միգուցե և խմբակցության քարտուղարին են դիմել: Ես նման տեղեկատվություն չունեմ: Ես չեմ լսել որևէ սահմանադրագետից և որևէ իրավաբանից, որ դա հակասահմանադրական է: Եթե սահմանադրագետները և իրավաբանները կասեն, որ հակասահմանադրական է, մենք կքննարկենք: Այս պահին նման հարց մենք չենք քննարկել այն պարզ պատճառով, որ ես առաջին անգամ ձեզնից եմ լսում, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դիմել է «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքին: Առաջին խոսքը պետք է պատկանի սահմանադրագետներին և իրավունքի մասնագետներին:

– Եթե նրանք ասեն, որ, այո՛, դա հակասահմանադրական է, ձեր դաշինքի քայլերն ինչպիսի՞ն կլինեն:

– Ես եթե–ներով սկսվող նախադասություններին քաղաքականության մեջ աշխատում եմ չպատասխանել: Եթե կասեն, այն ժամանակ կքննարկենք: Քանի դեռ որևէ մեկը ոչինչ չի ասել, մենք քննարկելու բան չունենք:
