Մեզ հայտնի դարձավ, որ նախօրեին հերթական դեպքն է տեղի ունեցել բանակում, որի մասին Արցախի ՊԲ-ն կրկին չի հայտնել:

Փետրվարի 20-ի գիշերը Արցախի ՊԲ զորամասերից մեկում հրազենային վիրավորում է ստացել 19-ամյա զինծառայող Դավիթ Քամալյանը:

Մեզ հայտնի դարձավ, որ նրա ուղղությամբ կրակել է ծառայակիցը: Պատճառը, ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների՝ եղել է այն, որ ծառայակիցը գիշերային մթության մեջ գաղտնաբառ է հարցրել եւ պատասխան չստանալուց հետո կրակել է Դավիթ Քամալյանի ուղղությամբ: Վերջինս հրազենային վնասվածք է ստացել կրծքավանդակի շրջանում: Նա այժմ գտնվում է Ստեփանակերտի հոսպիտալում, վիճակը ծանր է, այդ պատճառով էլ դեռ հնարավոր չի լինում նրան տեղափոխել Երեւան՝ Մուրացանի զինվորական կլինիկական հոսպիտալ:

Տեղեկությունները մեր զրույցում հաստատեց Դավիթ Քամալյանի մայրը՝ տիկին Շուշիկը: Նա ասաց, որ որդին այժմ միացված է արհեստական շնչառության ապարատին. «Վիճակը փորձում են կայունացնել, երեխան շատ է արյուն կորցրել: Հիմա արյուն են մատակարարում, քնած են պահում, որ ուժ հավաքի կարողանան տեղափոխել Երեւան: Պետք է նորից վիրահատեն, կարողանան գնդակը մարմնից հանել՝ թոքը ծակել անցել է ողնաշար»,- ասաց նա: Մեր հարցին, թե ի՞նչ վարկածներ են շրջանառվում դեպքի հետ կապված, զինծառայողի մայրը պատասխանեց հետեւյալը. «6 ամսվա սերժանտ է կրակողը, նոր է դիրքեր բարձրացել: Տղաս շատ լավ ծառայող է, իր հերթափոխը հանձնելուց հետո գնացել է զուգարան, որ գա հանգստանա: Հետ գալիս, մութ է եղել, գիշերը ժամը 00:00-ի սահմաններում, սերժանտը կանգնած է եղել, շարժ է նկատել, ո՛չ գաղտնաբառ է հարցրել, ո՛չ էլ ասել է՝ ով է՝ կրակել է: Ինքը ասել է, որ դրանից առաջ կատուից վախեցել է, շարժը տեսել է, նորից վախեցել է դրա համար կրակել: Միանգամից 14 կրակոց է արձակել, բայց մեկն է կպել»: 19-ամյա զինծառայողի ծառայության ավարտին մնացել էր 4 ամիս: Մեր տեղեկություններով, դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որի շրջանակներում դեռ ձերբակալված չկա:
