–Պարոն Գասպարյան, հեռուստատեսային եթերը ինչպե՞ս պետք է որպես ճիշտ քարոզչամիջոց օգտագործել: Վերջին շրջանում մենք տեսնում ենք, որ այս կամ այն քրեական հեղինակության, կրիմինալի, մաֆիոզի մասին ֆետիշացնող, հերոսացնող ֆիլմապատումներ են ցուցադրվում: Ձեր կարծիքը. արդյո՞ք հեռուստաեթերը դրա համար է կոչված, թե՞ ոչ: Մասնավորապես մի քանի օր է համացանցում քննարկվում է Արթուր Ասատրյանի՝ Դոն Պիպոյի մասին տեսաֆիլմը: Արդյո՞ք վտանգներ չկան այսպիսի քարոզչության դեպքում:

-Առհասարակ հանցավորություն է վարքի բացասական ձևերը պրոպագանդելը, ինչը կարծես թե սկսել է շատանալ վերջին 10 տարիներին: Վարքի բացասական ձևերը, հանցավոր տարրերը կամ ինչպես ասում են՝ հեղինակություններին ներկայացնելով լրատվական տարբեր ձևերով, լավագույն տարբերակը չէ: Շատ մտահոգիչ երևույթ է ոչ միայն հանցավոր տարրերի շատացման խնդիրը, այլ նաև դրա նախապայմանը… Այնքան շատ չի անհանգստացնում արտաքին կողմը, որքան այն, թե ինչ վիճակում ենք այսօր, մենք սկսում ենք ներսից քանդվել, և արտաքին գրգռիչները՝ կլինեն հանցավոր խմբավորումներ, թե բացասական ոլորտի հեղինակություններ և այլն, սրանք սկսում են մեր առօրյան փչացնել, սկսում են մեր կյանքի մոդելները փոխել, և այս գործում մեծ դեր ունի լրատվական դաշտը: ԶԼՄ-ն, որպես կանոն, ինչ որ ֆինանսական միավորի, բուրգի մաս է: Հեռուսատեսությունն ունի դաստիարակչական գործառույթ, և այս «արկղիկից» եկող տեղեկատվությունը դիտարկվում է որպես հեղինակավոր կարծիք: Երբ որ ցույց է տրվում ակնհայտորեն հանցավոր ճանապարհով հարստացած մեկին, որը շատ լավ նյութական պայմաններում է ապրում, սա նույնպես պրոպագանդայի ձև է, որը մեզ տալիս է մոդել. սա ամենավտանգավոր բանն է: Մտահոգիչ է, որ ունենք արժեքների խիստ բևեռացում:
