«Սրան պիտի վառենք» ՌԴ-ից բազմաթիվ եզդիներ են ժամանել Շամիրամում սպանդի գործով դատավարությանը

yerkir.am-ը գրում է

«Թաղեմ բալիդ», «Տունդ ցրվի», «Սրան պիտի վառենք», «Տեռորիստ», «ԻԳԻԼ», «Ում պիտի սպանեիր՝ իրան սպանեիր». այս և այլ արտահայտություններով եզդիներն այսօր դատարանում դիմավորեցին 2017թ. օգոստոսի 1-ին Շամիրամ գյուղում 4 անձի սպանության, սպանության փորձ կատարելու, ապօրինի զենք ու ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելու և պահելու մեջ մեղադրվող` 50-ամյա Թելման Քալաշյանին: Դահլիճում ներկա տուժողները և նրանց հարազատները եզդիերեն անեծքներ ուղղեցին ամբաստանյալին՝ մեղադրելով նրան գյուղացիներին կոտորելու մեջ:

Այս գործով դատավարությանը մասնակցելու համար մի քանի տասնյակ եզդիներ էին եկել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից, ոմանք դատարան էին ժամանել անգամ միկրոավտոբուսներով:

Նախքան նիստի մեկնարկը` նախագահող դատավոր Սուրեն Մնոյանը կողմերից հետաքրքրվեց՝ արդյո՞ք դեմ չեն, որ դահլիճում ներկա լրագրողները տեսանկարահանում իրականացնեն: Մեղադրող դատախազները չառարկեցին, սակայն ամբաստանյալները թույլ չտվեցին նկարահանում իրականացնել:

Լրագրողները խնդրեցին դատավորին` թույլ տալ մասնակի նկարահանում իրականացնել՝ լուսաբանել դատաքննության ընթացքն՝ առանց նկարելու ամբաստանյալներին: Դատավորը համաձայնեց և թույլատրեց մասնակի նկարահանում իրականացնել: Սակայն գործով ամբաստանյալ Թելման Քալաշյանի պաշտպան Կրոմվել Գրիգորյանն ասաց, որ որևէ երաշխիք չկա, որ դրանով չեն խախտվի իր պաշտպանյալի իրավունքները: Մեղադրող դատախազն էլ իր հերթին նշեց, որ գործը հանրային հնչեղություն ունի, և պետք է նկարահանում իրականացվի:
