Շամիրամում տեղի ունեցած սպանությունների գործով առաջին դատական նիստը հետաձգվեց

Արագածոտնի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում դատավոր Սուրեն Մնոյանի նախագահությամբ փետրվարի 14-ին մեկնարկեց Շամիրամ գյուղի գերեզմանատանը կից սրահում 2017 թվականի օգոստոսի 1-ին չորս անձի սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող Թելման Քալաշյանի գործով առաջին դատական նիստը: Պաշտպանական կողմը նշեց, որ մեղադրական եզրակացությունը չի ստացել, ուստի չի ծանոթացել քրեական գործի նյութերի հետ:

Դատարանը հետաձգեց նիստը և այն նշանակեց մարտի 16-ին ժամը 12:00-ին՝ հնարավորություն տալով պաշտպանական կողմին ծանոթանալու նյութերի հետ:

Թելման Քալաշյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104 հոդվածի 2 մասի 1-ին կետի (սպանություն՝ երկու կամ ավելի անձանց) և 6-րդ կետի (շատերի կյանքիհամար վտանգավոր եղանակով) հատկանիշներով, 213 հոդվածի 2 մասի 1-ին կետի (վաշխառություն, որի հետևանքով տուժողն ընկել է նյութական ծանր կացության մեջ), 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը կամ կրելը), 333 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (սուտ մատնություն ) հատկանիշներով:

Թելման Քալաշյանը 2017 թվականի օգոստոսի 1-ին Արագածոտնի մարզի Շամիրամ համայնքի գերեզմանատանը կից սգո սրահում, շատերի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակովկատարել է չորս անձի սպանություն, բացի այդ, 1999 թվականի հուլիսի 19-ին ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք է բերել, պահել հրազեն և ռազմամթերք, 2012 թվականին դեկտեմբերից մինչև2014 թվականի նոյեմբերն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում կատարել է վաշխառություն, որի հետևանքով տուժողներն ընկել են նյութական ծանր կացության մեջ, իսկ 2017 թվականիօգոստոսի 25-ին կատարել է նաև սուտ մատնություն:
