44-ամյա տաքսիստը խեղդամահ է արել իր հաճախորդ մարմնավաճառ «Կիտինային» ու դիակը գցել Երասխավանի ձորը

«Առաջին լրատվական»-ը գրում է.

Արարատի և Վայոց Ձորի մարզերի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Գագիկ Սարգսյանի նախագահությամբ ավարտվել է Գարեգին Եղիազարյանի գործի դատական քննությունը:

44-ամյա Գարեգինին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրված դիտավորյալ սպանության համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ Երևանի բնակիչ Գարեգինը իր վարած «Օպել» մեքենան ծառայեցրել է որպես տաքսի:

Երևանում միայնակ բնակվող Քրիստինե Ա.-ն, ով զբաղվել է մարմնավաճառությամբ, մշտապես օգտվել է Գարեգինի տաքսուց: Տաքսիստն ու մարմնավաճառուհին «աշխատանքային հարաբերությունների» ընթացքում մտերմացել են, Քրիստինեն նույնիսկ մտերմացել է տաքսիստի ընտանիքի հետ…

2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերին Գարեգինի առաջարկով Քրիստինեն, նրա ընկերուհին ու մի քանի այլ անձինք գումարով «լատարե» են խաղացել:

Ըստ պայմանավորվածության՝ հերթական՝ 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբեր ամսվա հավաքված գումարը, որը կազմել է 540 հազար դրամ, պետք է ստանար Քրիստինեն: Վերջինիս խնդրանքով գումարը մնացել է Գարեգինի մոտ: Բայց դա ճակատագրական է եղել Քրիստինեի համար:

Գարեգինը Քրիստինեի գումարից 330 հազար դրամը տանուլ է տվել՝ մասնակցելով տարբեր վիճակախաղերի… Քրիստինեն այդ մասին չի իմացել:

2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 27-ին, ժամը 20-ն անց 30-ի սահմաններում Գարեգինը Սիսիան մեկնելու պատվեր է ստացել Քրիստինեից:

Քրիստինեն նստել է Գարեգինի մեքենան, ուղևորվել են Սիսիան: Ճանապարհին, երբ դեռ գտնվում էին Արարատի մարզի վարչական տարածքում, մերկասառույցի պատճառով Գարեգինը կտրուկ արգելակել է մեքենան, հետևի նստատեղին նստած Քրիստինեն կտրուկ առաջ է եկել ու դիպել է Գարեգինի ուսին: Քրիստինեն անակնկալի է եկել ու հայհոյանք է տվել:

Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ այդ հայհոյանքից բարկանալով՝ Գարեգինը ձեռքով մեկ անգամ հարվածել է Քրիստինեի դեմքին՝ վնասելով նրա շրթունքը:

Այս «նախերգանքից» հետո Գարեգինը մեքենան կանգնեցրել է, տեղափոխվել ու նստել է հետևի նստատեղին՝ Քրիստինեի կողքին, ու խոստովանել է, որ «լատարեի» նրա գումարն ամբողջությամբ տալ չի կարող, քանի որ այդ գումարի մեծ մասն արդեն ծախսել է:

Այս խոստովանությունըՔրիստինեին զայրացրել է: Նրա ու Գարեգինի միջև վիճաբանություն է սկսվել:

Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ Քրիստինեն հայհոյանքներ է տվել Գարեգինի ու նրա ընտանիքի հասցեին ու պահանջել է ամբողջ գումարը հանձնել իրեն:

Գարեգինը, որ ճանապարհային բարդ պայմաններում մեքենայի ղեկին, փաստորեն, իր իսկ նախաքննական խոստովանությամբ, նստած էր ալկոհոլ օգտագործած վիճակում, Քրիստինեի հայհոյանքներից ավելի է զայրացել:

Նա, ըստ մեղադրանքի, բռնուցքի երեք հարված է հասցրել Քրիստինեի դեմքին:

Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ Քրիստինեն շարունակել է հայհոյախոսել: Գարեգինը բռունցքի մի հարված էլ է հասցրել նրա դեմքին, ապա աջ ձեռքի նախաբազկի շրջանով 4-5 րոպե ուժեղ սեղմել է Քրիստինեի պարանոցն ու խեղդամահ է արել նրան:

Դրանից հետո, դիակը թաքցնելու նպատակով, Գարեգինը դիակը գցել է Արարատի մարզի Երասխավան գյուղի օղակաձև խաչմերուկին կից ձորակը ու մեքենայով հեռացել է:

Քրիստինեի սպանությունից հետո Գարեգինը փորձել է տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե նա ողջ է:

Գարեգինը զանգել է ՌԴ-ում ապրող ընկերոջը՝ Խաչիկին, խնդրել է, որ նա իր ուղարկած հաղորդագրությունների տեքստը ՌԴ հեռախոսահամարից ուղարկի իր նշած հեռախոսահամարներին:
