Բենզինը կրկին թանկացել է. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Բենզինը կրկին 10 դրամով թանկացել է: Արդեն մի քանի օր է՝ վառելիքի շուկայում Regular տեսակի բենզինը վաճառվում է 460 դրամով, Premium տեսակը 470–ով, իսկ Diesel–ը՝ 460: Նախորդ տարվա վերջից այս շուկայում շարունակական գնաճ է նկատվում:

Տնտեսագետ Ատոմ Մարգարյանի կարծիքով՝ պետք չէ կարագի մեջ մազ փնտրել: Դիզվառելիքի շուկայի թանկացումները պայմանավորված են հունվարի 1–ից ուժի մեջ մտած Հարկային օրենսգրքով նախատեսված փոփոխություններով: Բենզինի ակցիզային հարկը 10%–ով ավելացել է: Հայաստանն էլ հիմնականում Ռուսաստանից է բենզին գնում:

«Հայաստանում դա պայմանավորված է Ակցիզային հարկի մասին օրենքի փոփոխությամբ: Տոննայի հաշվով հարկը 25000–ից դարձրել են 40000: ՌԴ–ում Հարկային փոփոխությունները երկու փուլով են ընթանում: Հուլիսի 1–ից ևս մոտ 6 %–Ակցիզային հարկը բարձրանալու է: Թանկացումներն այս արտաքին գործոններով են պայմանավորված»,– «Փաստ»–ի հետ զրույցում ասաց տնտեսագետը:

Մինչդեռ միջազգային շուկայում վառելիքի գները նվազել են: Համաշխարհային շուկայում Էժանացել է նաև նավթի գինը:

«Նավթի գինը նույնիսկ որոշ չափով իջել է: Մեկ ամիս առաջ բարձրացել էր, վերջին շրջանում, սակայն գինը նվազել է: Այնպես որ, այս շուկայի վրա միջազգային գները լուրջ ազդեցություն չունեն: Մենք ներկրումներ իրականացնում ենք հիմնականում Ռուսաստանից և այնտեղ ներքին շուկայում տեղի ունեցող փոփոխություններն անդրադառնում են մեր ավտովառելիքի գների վրա»,– նշեց նա:

Հիշեցնենք, որ վարչապետ Կարապետյանն անդրադառնալով թանկացումներին, ավտովարորդներին առաջարկել էր թանկացած բենզինը փոխարինել այլընտրանքով՝ գազով։

«Անձնական օգտագործման մեքենաների ծախսն է ավելանում, իսկ բեռնափոխադրումներն իրականացվում են սեղմված գազով: Սկզբունքորեն շղթայական թանկացումներ առաջացնել չեն կարող»,– նկատեց տնտեսագետը:

Հարցին՝ արդյո՞ք կառավարությունը զսպում է գնաճը, Ատոմ Մարգարյանն արձագանքեց. «Եթե ասենք լուրջ ցնցումներ եղան, լուրջ գնային փոփոխություններ կան, իհարկե՝ չկան: Թանկացած ապրանքախմբերի՝ մսամթերքի գները շարունակում են բարձր մնալ, լարվածություն դեռ կա: Երկրորդ՝ միջազգային շուկայում կարագի գինը կրկին բարձրացել է: Այս հանգամանքը գներն իջեցնելու համար խոչընդոտ է: Այն հանձնարարականները, որոնք տրված են Տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովին, դա իրականացվում է, մենք տեսնում ենք: Այդպիսի քայլեր կատարում են»:
