ՌԴ քաղաքացին Բաքվի հանձնարարությամբ ռմբակոծել է Հայաստանի տարածքը․ դատավարություն՝ Երևանում

«Առաջին լրատվական»-ը գրում է.

1994 թվականի փետրվարի 17-ին Ադրբեջանի ռազմաօդային ուժերի ՄԻԳ-21 ինքնաթիռը կեսօրին ներխուժել էր ՀՀ օդային տարածք, ռմբակոծել էր Վարդենիսի շրջանի Սոդք ավանի մոտակայքում գտնվող ոսկու հարստացուցիչ ֆաբրիկայի և ավանը սնուցող էլեկտրաենթակայանի միջև ընկած ամայի տարածքը: Մարտական առաջադրանքը, պարզ է, ոչ թե այդ ամայի տարածքի, այլ՝ ֆաբրիկայի ու ենթակայանի ռմբակոծությունն էր, որով ստրատեգիական վնաս կհասցվեր Հայաստանին:

Օդաչուն վրիպել էր: Ռմբակոծության հետևանքով զոհեր, ավերածություններ չէին եղել:

Երբ օդաչուն ռմբակոծությունն ավարտել էր, շրջադարձ էր կատարել, որ հեռանա ՀՀ օդային տարածքից, բայց նրա ինքնաթիռն արդեն հայտնվել էր հայկական հակաօդային պաշտպանության հրթիռակայանքի հսկողության տակ:

Օդաչուի համար պարզ էր, որ թակարդն է ընկել՝ միացել էր հատուկ ազդանշանային համակարգը:

Մինչ օդաչուն ճողոպրելու փորձեր էր արել, հայկական հակաօդային պաշտպանության հրթիռակայանքի հաշվարկի հրամանատար Արտավազդ Փիլիպոսյանի արձակած հրթիռը նպատակակետին էր հասել՝ շարքից հանել էր թշնամու ինքնաթիռը:

Օդաչուն հասցրել էր ինքնանետվել խոցված ինքնաթիռից: Ինքնաթիռը ջախջախվել էր մոտակա լեռան ստորոտում:

Վարդենիսի շրջանի երկրապահ ջոկատի մարտիկները հայտնաբերել ու գերել էին օդապարիկի մեջ խճճված օդաչուին:

Պարզվել էր՝ ադրբեջանցի չէ: Վարձկան է:

45 տարեկան Մարատ Իշկնեևը ազգությամբ թաթար էր, Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացի, կրթությունը՝ բարձրագույն, մասնագիտությունը՝ կործանիչ օդաչու:

Ծառայել էր ԽՍՀՄ ռազմաօդային ուժերում:

1990 թվականին առաջին կարգի օդաչու Իշկնեևը կապիտանի կոչումով անցել էր կենսաթոշակի, բնակություն էր հաստատել Ալթայի երկրամասի Նովոալթայսկ քաղաքում: Ամուսնացած էր: Խնամքին՝ երկու անչափահաս երեխա:

1993 թվականին ծանոթներից մեկից տեղեկացել էր, որ Ադրբեջանի ռազմաօդային ուժերի համար վարձկան օդաչուներ են հավաքագրում:

Մեկնել էր Բաքու, ծանոթացել էր պայմաններին:
