Լոռու մարզում առևանգել են անչափահաս աղջկա. քրգործն ուղարկվել է դատարան

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննված քրեական գործով պարզվել են Լոռու մարզի անչափահաս բնակչուհու առևանգման և վերջինիս նկատմամբ սեռական ոտնձգության փորձ կատարելու դեպքի հանգամանքները. մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 4 անձի, և քրեական գործն ուղարկվել դատարան: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

2017թ. սեպտեմբերի 7-ին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 19:30-ի սահմաններում, առևանգվել է Լոռու մարզի անչափահաս բնակչուհի՝ ծնված 1999թ։ Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ աղջկան առևանգել են Լոռու մարզի 4 բնակիչ. նրան նախ տեղափոխել են ք. Գյումրի, ապա՝ Երևան, այնուհետև՝ Էջմիածին, որտեղ երիտասարդներից մեկը փորձել է սեռական բնույթի ոտնձգություն կատարել, սակայն աղջիկը դիմադրել է։

Դեպքի առթիվ՝ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 131-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 4-րդ կետերով, 34-138-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով:

Ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի հանգամանքները, հստակեցվել ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց գործողությունները:

Մասնավորապես՝ նախնական քննությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ Լոռու մարզի բնակիչն անչափահաս աղջկան ամուսնության նպատակով առևանգելու շուրջ նախնական համաձայնության է եկել իր երեք ընկերների հետ: Պայմանավորվածության համաձայն՝ դեպքի օրը վերջիններս գնացել են աղջկա տան մոտ և, բռնություն գործադրելով, հարկադրաբար, նրան նստեցրել ավտոմեքենան ու փախցրել: Էջմիածնում երիտասարդը փորձել է բռնության գործադրմամբ սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալ անչափահասի հետ, սակայն վերջինիս ցուցաբերած դիմադրության արդյունքում՝ հանցագործությունն ավարտին չի հասցրել:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա` մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 4 անձի. նրանցից երեքին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 131-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 4-րդ կետերով, իսկ չորրորդին՝ նաև ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-138-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով: Նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը:

Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է դատարան:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
