Որքան էլ իրատես լինեն մարդիկ և որքան էլ ապրեն միայն իրական կյանքով, միևնույնն է` բոլորին էլ հատուկ են սնահավատության որոշ մասնիկներ: Սակայն կան սնահավատության այնպիսի համատարած դրսևորումներ, որոնք բնորոշ են գրեթե բոլորին:

Չի կարելի սուլել տանը, այլապես` փողերդ ամբողջությամբ կվատնես. Կարելի է ենթադրել, որ սուլելու սիրահարները պարզապես շատ են զայրացրել մեր նախնիներին, ինչի պատճառով նրանք հորինել են այսպիսի պատմություն և դրանով փորձել են սաստել բոլոր սուլողներին: Փաստորեն նրանց մոտ ստացվել է:

Չի կարելի վերադառնալ ճանապարհի կեսից. Եթե հավատանք ժողովրդական այս իմաստությանը, ապա ճանապարհի կեսից հետ չդառնալով մենք կպահպանենք մեր ունեցած ոգեղեն էներգիան: Ու միևնույնն է, թե երթուղային կնստենք առանց դրամապանակի, տանը կթողնենք հեռախոսը կամ այլ «մանրուքներ»: Կարելի է նույնիսկ ոտքով գնալ, աշխատանքից ուշանալ, գործից ազատվել, սակայն ոչ մի դեպքում հետ չվերադառնալ: Համաձայնենք` մեղմ ասած` խելամիտ մոտեցում չէ:

Եթե նույնիսկ վերադարձել ես ճանապարհի կեսից, ապա անպայման քեզ նայրիր հայլու մեջ. չէ՞ որ հայելին պարզապես անդրադարձնող մակերեսով ապակե իր չէ, այլ կախարդական կամուրջ, որը քեզ կապում է անդրաշխարհի հետ: Զվարճալի է:

Չի կարելի ընկերներին ժամացույց նվիրել. պարզվում է, որ այս «ճշմարիտ» տաբուն մենք ստացել ենք հին չինացիներից, ովքեր հնում միմյանց ժամացույց էին տալիս` ինչ-որ մեկի թաղման արարողությունից չուշանալու համար: Իսկ մենք` որպես շատ բան տեսած ու փորձված ժողովուրդ, զգուշանում ենք նման «վտանգներից»:
