Ինչու՞ են «օրենքով գողերի» զգալի մեծամասնությունը վրացիներ

Սանասար Կարապետյանը Ֆեյսբուք սոցցաանցի իր էջում գրում է.

Ոչ ֆորմալ «օրենքով գողերի» ինստիտուտը ծագումը 1930-ականների սկզբներին էր Խորհրդային միությունում: Այս «աշխարհայացքը» ձևավորվել է ԽՍՀՄ կալանավայրերում : Սկզբում գողերի շրջանում ռուսները մեծամասնություն էին կազմում:
ԽՍՀՄ մյուս հանրապետությունների համեմատ, Վրաստանը՝ որպես «ժողովուրդների առաջնորդի» (Իոսիֆ Ստալինի) հայրենիք, հաճախ արտոնյալ կարգավիճակում էր հայտվում: Մինչ ամբողջ Խորհրդային միությունում գողերի գոյության մասին քչերը գիտեին, Վրաստանում այն արդեն մտել էր հասարակության բոլոր շերտերը, ուստի վրաց հասարակության մեջ գողական սերմերն արդեն աճում էին, նոր օրենքով գողեր էին ի հայտ գալիս:
Մյուս կարևոր ազդակն արդեն կապված էր կոմունիստական տնտեսվարման համակարգում ստվերային տարրի առաջացման հետ: Եթե Ռուսաստանում գողը կարող էր «հաշիվ մաքրել» առանց հետապնդելու սեփական շահ, ապա Վրաստանում եկամուտ էին ստանում ստվերային շուկայից: Արդյունքում վարցի օրենքով գողերն հարստացան և այլևս չէին ցանկանում աղքատ մնալ, իսկ գողերի դասական օրենքներին դարձան իսկական բեռ: Այն ամենը, ինչ Ռուսաստանում գողերի մոտ համարվում էր անընդունելի, Վրաստանում դառնում էր նորմա: Շուտով նույնիսկ, «գողական թագը», որը երաշխավորում էր նյութական բարեկեցություն, դարձավ ժառանգական՝ հորից որդուն, , դրանով է պայմանավորված, որ ներկայում էլ «օրենքով գողերի շարքում» վրացիները մեծամասնություն են կազմում:
