Ալավերդցի Վահագի գործով կձերբակալվի Քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային ՔՎ պետը

«Առաջին լրատվական»-ը նախօրեին գրել էր, որ ալավերդցի քրեական հեղինակություն Ալավերդցի Վահագի՝ Վահագն Աբգարյանի գործը առաջիկայում Քննչական կոմիտեից կտեղափոխվի Հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն, քանի որ Վահագն Աբգարյանը մեղադրվում է նաև պաշտոնատար անձին կաշառք տալու մեջ։ Գրել էինք նաև, որ այս գործի հետ կապված, Քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունից մոտ 6 քննիչ է ազատվել աշխատանքից։

Թեև Քննչական կոմիտեից հերքել էին մեր լուրը, սակայն այսօր արդեն նույն Քննչական կոմիտեն հաղորդագրություն է տարածել՝ նշելով, որ տվյալներ են ստացվել առ այն, որ Կամո Փիրուզյանի սպանությունը պատվիրելու մեջ մեղադրվող Վահագն Աբգարյանի, և սպանությունը կատարելու մեջ մեղադրվող Վլադիմիր Դավթյանի օգտին ապօրինի գործողություններ կատարելու համար պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի պաշտոնատար անձանցից մեկն իր լիազորությունների շրջանակներում ստացել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի կաշառք, իսկ մի շարք այլ պաշտոնատար անձինք, շահադիտական և անձնական այլ շահագրգռվածությունից ելնելով, իրենց պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործել են ծառայության շահերին հակառակ: ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության քննիչի որոշմամբ՝ Կամո Փիրուզյանի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործից հիշյալ պաշտոնատար անձանց վերաբերյալ մասը՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով և 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, անջատվել է առանձին վարույթ և ուղարկվել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազություն՝ ըստ քննչական ենթակայության՝ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ:
