ՀԿԳ ավագ քննիչները ժամանել են Կենտրոնի դատարան, որտեղ քննարկվելու է ԵՊՀ 19-ամյա ուսանողին սպանած նույն ԲՈՒՀ-ի 21-ամյա ուսանողի կալանավորման հարցը. ՖՈՏՈՌԵՊՈՐՏԱԺ, ՏԵՍԱՆՅՈՒԹԵՐ

Այսօր՝ հունվարի 14-ին, Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի պետ Վիգեն Մեսրոպյանի որոշմամբ ստեղծված քննչական խմբում ներգրավված հատկապես կարևորագույն գործերով ավագ քննիչներ Վլադիմիր Ասատրյանն ու Վարդան Բադալյանը միջնորդություն են ներկայացնելու Երևան քաղաքի Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան, որպեսզի դատարանը՝ որպես խափանման միջոց, երկամսյա կալանքի որոշում կայացնի Կոտայքի մարզի Ակունք գյուղի բնակիչ, 21-ամյա Կարեն Չատիկյանի նկատմամբ։ Նշված դատարանի դատավորը դռնփակ դատական նիստն անցկացնելուց և խորհրդկցական սենյակից վերադառնալով՝ որոշելու է՝ բավարարե՞լ ՀԿԳ ավագ քննիչների միջնորդությունը, թե՞ ոչ։ Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, եթե դատարանը բավարարեց, ապա Կ. Չատիկյանը, ով կասկածվում է Երևանի բնակիչ, 19-ամյա Վահե Մուրադյանին սպանելու և Երևան քաղաքի Սարի Թաղի բնակիչ, 18-ամյա Ռաֆիկ Մարտիրոսյանին մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու մեջ, տեղափոխվելու է «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ։
