«Օրենքով գողերի» ամենաարյունալի պատերազմը

Խորհրդային շրջանում «օրենքով գողերի» միջև ամենարյունալի բախումը տեղի է ունեցել 1946-1956թթ.-ին և պայմանավորված էր 2-րդ Համաշխարհային պատերազմում գողերի մի մասի մասնակցության հետ:

Հակամարտող խմբավորումներից մեկը ներկայացնում էին այն «օրենքով գողերը», ովքեր 1941-1945թթ.-ի պատերազմի ընթացքում զենք են վերցրել և կամավոր մեկնելով ռազմաճակատ` կռվել են ֆաշիստների դեմ:

«Օրենքով գողերի» մի հատվածն էլ հրաժարվել էր՝ ելնելով գողական հասկացողություններից՝ զենք կրել և մեկնել ռազմաճակատ: Պատերազմին մասնակցած «օրենքով գողերին» քրեական աշխարհում սկսեցին անվանել «сука» և դրանից էլ հին և պատերազմին մասնակցած «օրենքով գողերի» միջև արյունալի պատերազմը սկսեցին անվանել «сучья война»:

«Օրենքով գողերը» քրեական աշխարհում ընդունված կանոնների համաձայն իրավունք չունեն զենք կրել, ծառայել բանակում և առավել ևս համագործակցել իշխանոթյունների հետ:

Կալանավայրերում աշխատակազմի հետ համագործակցող և նրանց համար աշխատող գողերին նույնպես սկսեցին «сука» անվանել:

Արյունալի բախումների հետևանքով կալանավայրերում, բանտերում սկսեց արագորեն կրճատվել «օրենքով գողերի» թիվը, որոնք անխնա սպանում էին միմյանց:

Կալանավայրերի աշխատակազմը օգտագործում էր այդ պատերզամը «օրենքով գողերի» թվաքականը ԽՍՀՄ-ում կրճատելու և քրեական աշխարհին հարվածելու համար:

«Օրենքով գողերը» տեսնելով թե ինչ մասշտաբների է հասել այդ պատերազմը՝ որոշեցին որոշակի փոփոխություններ մտցնել գողական կանոններում:

Գողերին թույլատրվեց կալանավայրերում աշխատել որպես շինաշխատանքների համակարգողներ, քանի որ այդ դեպքում նրանք կկարողանային լավ կերակրել և օգնել մնացած կալանավորներին, ինչպես նաև լինել վարսավիրներ, քանի որ վարսավիրները տիրապետում էին սուր, ծակող-կտրող գործիքները, ինչը վիճաբանությունների ժամանակ շատ կարևոր էր:
