Խնամքը հեշտ, մորթին՝ թանկ. Վարչապետի առաջարկած շինշիլաները՝ Հայաստանից ԵԱՏՄ-ին (տեսանյութ)

2017 թվականի մայիսին հիմնադրված «Շինշիլաբույծների հայկական ընկերակցություն» հիմնադրամը զարկ է տվել Հայաստանում շինշիլաբուծության զարգացմանը։ Այս մասին ԼՈւՐԵՐ․com-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Հարութ Համբարյանը։

Վերջինիս խոսքով՝ չնայած Հայաստանում շինշիլաբուծությամբ զբաղվել են դեռևս 1998 թվականից սկսած, սակայն ավելի տեսանելի արդյունքներ ապահովելու և սիրողական մակարդակից ավելի գործնական քայլերի անցնելու համար իրենք որոշել են աջակցել շինշիլաբույծների կարողությունների զարգացմանը, խթանել նրանց հետ համագործակցությունը՝ միևնույն ժամանակ նրանց համար հասանելի դարձնելով միջազգային փորձը: «Հայաստանում շինշիլաբուծությամբ զբաղվողների համար կազմակերպում ենք դասընթացներ, սեմինարներ։ Մեզ մոտ փորձում ենք տեղայնացնել միաջազգային լավագույն փորձն այս ոլորտում, որպեսզի այս բիզնեսով զբաղվելն առավել շահավետ լինի»,-ասաց նա։

Խոսելով շինշիլաբուծության շահավետության մասին՝ հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրենը նշեց, որ բիզնեսի այս տեսակը, շահավետ լինելով հանդերձ, համարվում է ռիսկային․ «Այդ ամենով հանդերձ, սակայն, ըստ մեր սեփական կանխատեսումների, շահավետությունը կազմում է 30-40 տոկոս»։

Խոսելով շինշիլայի մորթու արտահանման ուղղությունների մասին՝ վերջինս նկատեց․ «ԵԱՏՄ երկրների հետ հիմնադրամը ակտիվ համագործակցություն է ծավալել, Հայաստանից շինշիլայի մորթին հիմնականում արտահանվում է հենց ԵԱՏՄ երկրներ»։

Հարցին՝ ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված միայն ԵԱՏՄ շուկաների նախընտրությունը, հիմնդրամի գործադիր տնօրենը պատասխանեց․ «ԵՄ շուկաներ դեռ չենք արտահանում, քանի որ կան ստանդարտացման այլ չափանիշներ և պահանջվող փաստաթղթաշրջանառությունն է առավել շատ, թեպետ, պետք է նշեմ, որ մեկ-երկու ամիս հետո կսկենք համագործակցությունը նաև Լեհաստանի հետ»։

Ըստ Հարութ Համբարյանի՝ ներկայում իրենք համագործակցում են շինշիլաբուծության ավելի քան100 տնտեսության հետ, իսկ իրենց ցանցում կա 6000 շիշիլա։

Խոսելով շինշիլաբուծության համար Հայաստանում նպաստավոր տարածքների մասին՝ վերջինս նշեց, այս բիզնեսի համար առավել բարենպաստ են Շիրակի, Գեղարքունիքի մարզերը, Սյունիքի լեռնային գոտիներն ու Կոտայքի մարզի որոշ հատվածներ:

Անդրադառնալով շինշիլաբուծության զարգացմանը միտված պետական աջակցությանը, հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրենը նշեց, որ վերջերս հանդիպում են ունցել ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանի հետ և իրենք պետական ապարատից ակնկալում են աջակցություն, քանի որ խոսքը վերաբերում է բիզնեսի նոր տեսակին, որ դեռևս ունի ընկալելի դառնալու խնդիր։

Հիշեցնենք, որ շինշիլաբուծության զարգացմամբ զբաղվեու մասին վարչապետ Կարապետյանը խոսել էր իր մարզային այցերից մեկում։ Նա Շիրակի բնակիչներին խորհուրդ տվեց շինշիլա բուծել, քանի որ կենդանուն պահելը ծախսատար չէ, խնամքը հեշտ է, մորթին էլ թանկ է վաճառվում:
