20 ամիսը բավարար չէ՞ր 25 վկա քննելու համար. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Լալա Բեռնեցյանի ամուսինը՝ Էդուարդ Զեյթունցյանը, արդեն 1,8 ամիս է ճաղերի ետևում է: Անցած 20 ամիսների ընթացքում Լալայի ամուսնու դատական գործում, ըստ էության, տեղաշարժ չկա: Դատը, որ կարող էր մի քանի ամիս տևել և ավարտվել, ձգձգվում է մոտ երկու տարի: Զեյթունցյանը ձերբակալվել էր 2016 թ. հուլիսի 19–ին Սարի թաղում ոստիկանների հետ տեղի ունեցած բախումներին մասնակցելու համար:

Լալան վերջին անգամ ամուսնուն տեսակցել է տասն օր առաջ: Իր ներկայությամբ ամուսինը վատացել է, սրտի խնդիր ունի: Լալայի խոսքով՝ նախորդ օրը նրան բժիշկ է զննել՝ հույս տալով, որ մոտ օրերս նրան կայցելի նաև նյարդաբան:

Ոչ լավ վիճակում է նաև Լալան: Այսքան ապրումներից հետո նրա նյարդերը նույնպես լարված են, դրան գումարած օրեր տևող անքնությունը: Այս անքնությանը շուտով կփոխարինի պարտադրված անքնությունը: Լալան գիշերային ռեժիմով աշխատանք կունենա: Միայնակ մորը հաջողվել է գտնել սպասք լվացողի աշխատանք: Ու թեև նա մասնագիտությամբ մատնահարդար է, սակայն աշխատանքներ շատ հաճախ չի ունենում, ինչն էլ դրդել է իրեն նման ծայրահեղ քայլի դիմել:

Հաջորդ դատը տեղի կունենա փետրվարի 9–ին: Լալան և նույն գործով ձերբակալվածների հարազատները որոշել են փետրվարի 5–ին նախագահականի մոտ բողոքի ակցիա անել: Հարցին, թե երկարատև դադարից հետո ո՞րն է պատճառը այդ ակցիաները վերսկսելու, հատկապես, որ իրենք ասում էին, թե ամեն ինչ անօգուտ է, Լալան պատասխանեց. «Որքան մենք լռում ենք, այնքան էլ նրանք: Կարծես թե մեր գործը քնում է, իրենց ինչպես ձեռնտու է, այնպես էլ անում են, հաշվի չեն առնում տղաների խորտակվող կյանքը, նրանց ընտանիքների վիճակը: Ընտանիքի մայր եմ: Ես ինչի պիտի գիշերը աշխատեմ, ինչքան ծանր է դա ինձ համար: Գիշերը մտածես, թե քո երեխան քնեց, արթնացավ, ինչ արեց, ոնց արեց, ութ տարեկան երեխային մենակ եմ թողնելու: Դա պատկերացումներից դուրս է, բայց ճար չունեմ: Այն էլ օրական 4 հազար դրամի համար: Էդ 4 հազար դրամով էդ երեխուն ո՞նց պահեմ: Կերցնես, խմեցնես, հագցնես, կոմունալդ մուծես, 1000 ու մի բան կա»:

Սարի թաղի գործով դատական նիստերի երկարաձգվելու պատճառն այն է, որ յուրաքանչյուր դատական նիստի ընթացքում ընդամենը մեկ վկա է քննվում, որից հետո դատական նիստը մեկ ամսով հետաձգվում է, քանի որ դատախազը ուրիշ տեղ գործ է ունենում: Ըստ Լալայի՝ եթե նիստերը տևեին երկար, մնացած բոլոր վկաներին էլ կքննեին, ու գործը կավարտվեր: Այդ պատճառով էլ 1 տարի 8 ամսվա մեջ չեն կարողանում 25 վկա քննել: Սակայն, եթե ամեն դատին երկու վկա քննեին, հիմա գործը փակված կլիներ:

«Ոստիկաններն իրենց ձեռքով ցուցմունք չեն գրել: Չեն էլ կարողանում ապացուցել, որ դա իրենք են գրել, որովհետև իրենց ձեռագիրը չէ: Քննիչին ոնց պետք է եղել, տպել, տվել է ձեռքները, ոստիկաններն էլ տակը ստորագրել են: Ընենց ծիծաղելու ցուցմունքներ են տալիս, որ դու քո անկիրթ հալով, միայն դպրոցի կրթություն ունենալով, նայում ես՝ ծիծաղդ գալիս է: Խնդում ես նրա համար, որ համակարգն ունի լիքը տուպոյ ոստիկաններ: Իրենք երևի դեպքի վայրում էլ չեն եղել»,– հավելեց Լալան:
