Մոսկվայի ասֆալտչիկների քիլլեր «Կոնչիտան» ահից «վատացավ»

«Առաջին լրատվական»-ը գրում է.

Հունվարի 19-ին, Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանում մի աղմկոտ սպանության գործով շրջադարձային դատական նիստ պետք է լիներ: Ակնկալվում էր, որ դատարանը Լիճք գյուղում մանկության ընկերոջը սպանած «Կոնչիտայի» և «հարակից» հինգ ամբաստանյալների պատիժը կխստացնի կամ գործը կուղարկի ստորադաս դատարան՝ նոր քննության…

Խոսքը Մոսկվայում «ասֆալտչիկություն» անող Լիճք գյուղի խոպանչիներին «նայելու» բիզնեսում ներգրավված անձանց մասնակցությամբ՝ նշյալ գյուղում՝ 2015թ. հունվարի 26-ին կատարված դեպքի մասին է:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Երևանից մեքենաներով Լիճք գյուղ հասած անձինք, ականատեսների աչքի առաջ հաշվեհարդար էին տեսել այդ գյուղի բնակիչներ Արայիկ և Արթուր Իրիցյան եղբայրների նկատմամբ: Նրանցից առաջինին ծեծել էին, իսկ նրան օգնության շտապած Արթուրին՝ սպանել:

Կրակողը համագյուղացին էր՝ «Կոնչիտա» մականունով հայտնի Արմեն Գորոյանը: 6 ամբաստանյալներից այժմ միայն նա է անազատության մեջ: Գեղարքունիքի մարզի առաջին ատյանի դատարանը նրան դատապարտել է ընդամենը 3 տարվա ազատազրկման՝ ապօրինի զենք կրելու և անհրաժեշտ պաշտպանության սահմանազանցմամբ կատարված սպանության համար:

Այդ ժամկետը լրանում է ս. թ. հունվարի 26-ին, և ակնկալվում էր, որ մինչ այդ՝ երեկվա դատական նիստում կայացվելիք դատական ակտով վերաքննիչը կորոշի նրա պատժի խստացման կամ կալանքի ժամկետը երկարացնելու հարցը՝ բախտակիցների պատժի հետ միասին:

Սակայն պաշտպանական կողմը տապալեց այն՝ նախագահող դատավոր Ռուզաննա Բարսեղյանի՝ դատական նիստի արդյունավետ շարունակականությունը պատշաճ չկազմակերպելու, գուցե նաև շահագրգռվածության պատճառով. Համենայնդեպս, մեր տպավորությամբ, նա պասիվ զեկուցողի, դիտորդի դերում էր կամ՝ որպես դատավարության «վարորդ»՝ «կոնուս» «տոռմուզ» անողի:

Նիստը սկսելուց հետո պարզվեց, որ դատարանի կազմում փոփոխություն կա. Ռուզաննա Բարսեղյան, Մխիթար Պապոյան, Արմեն Խաչատրյան կազմից, վերջինիս մոտ առաջացած առողջական խնդիրների պատճառով նրան փոխարինել էր դատավոր Ռուբեն Մխիթարյանը:

Նրա դեմ կողմերը ինքնաբացարկի միջնորդություն չունեին, սակայն դա կարծես նիստը տապալելու պատրվակ դարձավ Արմեն Գորոյանի պաշտպան Մելքոնյանի համար: Վերջինս նախ 30 րոպե ընդմիջում խնդրեց դատարանից՝ իբր մյուս պաշտպանների հետ խորհրդակցելու համար, սակայն երբ նիստը սկսվեց՝ ասաց, որ իր պաշտպանյալի հետ է ուզում կարճ խորհրդակցել:

Բայց 20 րոպե առաջ դատարանի դահլիճում հանգիստ նստած Գորոյանը, չգիտես ինչու՝ հանկարծ շտապ օգնության կարիք զգաց: Թեև բժիշկները որևէ ծանր բան չէին արձանագրել, ընդամենը՝ զարկերակային միջին ճնշում, սակայն ոստիկանության ուղեկցող գումարտակի պատասխանատուն դեպքը ծանր ներկայացրեց, ասաց, որ նա չի կարողանում շարժվի և թույլ չտվեց նրան բարձրանալ դահլիճ:

Դատարանը, ստիպված, իր ժամանակը արդեն երկրորդ անգամ ոստիկանության և պաշտպանական կողմի չարդարացված գործելաոճի պատճառով չհետաձգելու համար թույլ տվեց, որ պաշտպանին ուղեկցեն իր պաշտպանյալի մոտ:

Թեև դա էլ արվեց, բայց դատարանին չհաջողվեց նիստը շարունակել: Մելքոնյանի խոսքով՝ ամբաստանյալը վիճել էր իր հետ և ասել, թե՝ կհրաժարվի:
