«Անցած տարի Գորիսի մի շարք քաղաքացիներ շատ պատահաբար հայտնաբերել են, որ իրենք հանդիսանում են «Կամուրջ» վարկային կազմակերպությունից վերցված վարկերի երաշխավորներ, որոշ դեպքերում՝ անգամ վարկառու: Նրանց անուններով վարկեր են ձևակերպված, որը չմարելու արդյունքում մարդկանց բնակարանները, գույքը հայտնվել են կալանքի տակ։ Այս ուշագրավ հանցագործությունը ունի բազմաթիվ դրվագներ, իսկ առանցքային խաղացողները՝ իրական վարկառուները, ոչ ավել, ոչ պակաս, Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության Սյունիքի մարզային վարչության Գորիսի բաժնի պետ Կարեն Ջավահիրյանի մայրն է՝ Արաքսյա Ղասումյանը և նրա քույրը՝ Քնարիկ Ջավահիրյանը։ Այս փաստերով քրեական գործ է հարուցվել, սակայն քննիչի որոշմամբ գործը կարճվել է: Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ քննվում է գործի միայն այն մասը, որը վերաբերում է համայնքների ղեկավարներին, ովքեր կեղծ տեղեկանքներ են տրամադրել վարկառուներին»:
