Operativ.am-ը գրում է.

«Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» ՔԿՀ-ում (ժողովրդին հայտնի՝ ՑԲ-ում) մահացել է 42-ամյա կալանավոր Մհեր Խերունցը, ով առողջական խնդիրներ է ունեցել և ըստ դատաբժշկի նախնական եզրակացության՝ մահացել է սրտանոթային անբավարարությունից:

Մհեր Խերունցի եղբայր Վարդան Խերունցը Operativ.am-ին հայտնել է, որ իր եղբայրը գտնվել է «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» ՔԿՀ-ի հոգեբուժական բաժանմունքում: Այնտեղ պահվող կալանավորների դռները փակվում են ժամը 21:00-ին, դռները փակվելուց հետո է Խերունցի ինքնազգացողությունը վատացել:

Դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել հունվարի 3-ին, ժամը 23:00-ի սահմաններում: Այդ օրը պատասխանատուն և հերթապահը եղել է «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» ՔԿՀ-ի պետի առաջին տեղակալ Արման Այվազյանը:

Մոտ 30 րոպե Խերունցի հետ դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոցում գտնվող կալանավորները պատուհաններից գոռացել են և օգնություն կանչել: Բժիկները հոգեբուժական բաժանմունք են եկել կալանավորների բարձրացրած աղմուկից մոտ 15 րոպե հետո, այդ ժամանակ Մհեր Խերունցը դեռ ողջ է եղել, սակայն բժիշկները չեն կարողացել ներս մտնել, քանի որ դռները փակ են եղել, իսկ կալանավորները այդ ողջ ընթացքում պահանջել են, որ բացեն և բժիշկներին թույլ տան ներս մտնել: Բժիշկները ի պատասխան աղմուկ բարձրացրած կալանավորներին ասել են, որ հերթապահը պետք է գա բացի: Հերթապահ Արման Այվազյանը 30 րոպե հետո նոր միայն եկել է ու բացել: Այդ ժամանակ Խերունցը արդեն մահացած է եղել:

Երբ կալանավորները սկսել են դժգոհել, գոռալ, որ մարդը վատացել է, հերթապահ բժիշկները տեղում են եղել և կարող էին փրկել, եթե նա ժամանակին գար և բացեր դուռը բժիշկներին հնարավորություն տալով աշխատել, նա պատասխանել է. «մի հատ բոլորդ լրջացեք, ուզում ա 10 հոգի մեռնի, ինձ որ տեսնում եք տոններդ իջեցրեք ու հանդարտ կանգնեք»:
