Քրեական հեղինակությունները խլել են «գրազը» պարտվածի «Range Rover Sport»-ը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել են քաղաքացուց առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով շորթում կատարելու դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ. երկու անձ ներգրավվել է որպես մեղադրյալ։

Նախնական քննությամբ իրականացված մեծածավալ քննչական և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական գործողությունների արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացուց 2016 թվականի մարտին կատարվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով շորթում՝ քրեական հեղինակությունների մասնակցությամբ։ 

Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ ՀՀ քաղաքացին իր ծանոթի հետ ունեցել է անձնական, գումարային խնդիրներ, ինչին միջամտել են քրեական հեղինակություններ համարվող Մ.Դոլոյանը, Վ.Ավդիանին և ճնշում գործադրելու միջոցով քաղաքացուց պահանջել են առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գումար, որն, իբր, նա պարտք է մեկ ուրիշին։

 

2016 թվականի մարտի 25-ին՝ Երևանում, Մ.Դոլոյանը զանգահարել և հանդիպման է հրավիրել քաղաքացուն։ Ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության համաձայն՝ հաջորդ օրը՝ ժամը 14:00-ի սահմաններում, նրանք հանդիպել են, որին ներկա են եղել նաև այլ անձինք, նրանց թվում՝ Վ.Ավդիանին:

Օբյեկտիվ քննությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ վերջիններս պարզաբանումներ են պահանջել 2013-2014թթ. Վրաստանում ենթադրյալ պարտված «գրազի» վերաբերյալ, ինչը քաղաքացին հերքել է։ Այնուհետև քաղաքացու նկատմամբ բռնություն է գործադրվել՝ պահանջելով իրենց հանձնել 20.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար։ Քննությամբ պարզվել է նաև, որ հեղինակությունները սպառնալիքով վերցրել են վերջինիս «Range Rover Sport» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, որով նա գնացել էր հանդիպման:

2017թ. նոյեմբերի 17-ին Մ.Դոլոյանը հայտնաբերվել է և ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 182-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով, վերջինիս մասով քրեական գործը անջատվել է առանձին վարույթ և մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:

 

Վ.Ավդիանին ներգրավվել է որպես մեղադրյալ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 182-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով, և նրա նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում: Վերջինիս մասով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ և բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
