«Վեոլիա Ջուր»–ը վնասում է ժողովրդին ԾԻԳ–ից վրեժը հանելու համա՞ր. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերությունը շունչը պահած սպասում է, թե երբ է գալու այն «պայծառ» օրը, որ կարողանա մայրաքաղաքի տարբեր թաղամասերի առանձնատների ջուրը կտրել, դրանով հասարակությանը ոտքի հանել ու այդ ձևով պատժել կառավարությանը: Կռվախնձորը մայրաքաղաքի մասնավոր տների հին ջրագծերը նորով փոխարինելու ծրագիրն է եղել, բայց քանի որ այդ յուղոտ պատառը ոչ թե ընկերությանն է բաժին հասել, այլ ԾԻԳ–ին, ուստի «Վեոլիա Ջուրը» որոշել է բաժանորդների նյարդերի հաշվին ԾԻԳ–ից վրեժ լուծել: Եվ չի բացառվում, որ մասնավոր տների ջուրը շուտով կտրեն պատճառաբանելով, թե տունը նոր ջրագծին միանալու նախագիծ չունի:

Նման սխեմայով արդեն կան տներ, որոնք ջրազրկման վտանգի առջև են: Եվ այս ամենը լավ իմանալով՝ ջուր մատակարարող ընկերությունը դարան մտած սպասում է, թե երբ է այս աղմուկն ավելի մեծանալու:

Խնդիրն այն է, որ «Վեոլիա Ջուրը» հրաժարվում է ջրի հաշվիչը պլոմբել ու տների ջուրը միացնել՝ պատճառաբանելով, թե ջրի խողովակները ստանդարտների համապատասխան չեն կառուցված:

Եվ նախապես մարդկանց իրազեկելու փոխարեն, ընդամենը գալիս են ու գուժում, որ ջրագիծը չի համապատասխանում պահանջվող չափանիշներին: Դե, բնակիչ ջան, անջուր մնա ու սկսիր հայհոյել երկիրն էլ, իշխանություններին էլ:

Իրականում մի հին «բազար» է, որը սկսվել է տարիներ առաջ «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերության և Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի «Ջրային տնտեսության ԾԻԳ»–ի միջև: Եվ քանի որ մայրաքաղաքի տարբեր թաղամասերի առանձնատներին մատակարարող ջրագծերը բավականին հին ու մաշված էին և դրանք նորով փոխարինելու կարիք էր առաջացել, ուստի կառավարությունը վարկային ծրագրով իր վրա է վերցրել նոր ջրագիծ կառուցելու և ջրաչափը առանձնատներից դուրս հանելու և կառուցված դիտահորում տեղադրելու գործը, ինչն էլ փաստորեն դուր չի եկել մեր միակ ջրամատակարարին:
