«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությունը, ինչպես հայտնի է, 44-օրյա պատերազմի սկսվելու տարելիցին՝ սեպտեմբերի 27-ին, եթեր հեռարձակեց տոնական, «ֆեստիվառային» համերգի տեսագրություն՝ հարուցելով հանրային վրդովմունքի մեծ ալիք: Հանրային դժգոհության ճնշման տակ Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությունը հարկադրված եղավ ներողություն խնդրել: Բայց դա չընկալվեց և չընդունվեց մեծամասնության կողմից:

Հասկանալի է, որ Հանրայինի այդ դրսևորումը բուռն արձագանք ստացավ նաև ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերի կողմից, հնչեցին բավականին կոշտ բնորոշումներ ու քննադատություն: Օրինակ՝ «ՀայաՔվե» ազգային քաղաքացիական միավորումը բավարար չհամարեց սոսկական արձագանքը և հանդես եկավ բաց նամակ-պահանջով: Ըստ որում, պահանջը բավականին հստակ էր ձևակերպված. «Հանրային հեռարձակողի խորհրդի նախագահի և Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության գործադիր տնօրենի անհապաղ հրաժարական՝ եթերային քաղաքականությունը տապալելու, սեպտեմբերի 27-ի հաղորդման հեռարձակումը թույլ տալու և Հանրայինն իշխանական քարոզչամիջոցի վերածելու համար»:

Անկասկած, շատերը, այդ թվում՝ նշված պահանջը բարձրաձայնած «ՀայաՔվեն», հրաշալի հասկանում են, որ Հ1-ի խնդրահարույց ու նման այլ դրսևորումները շատ ավելի վերևից են գալիս, իսկ «վերևից եկող» այդ կարգադրությունները կատարողներն ընդամենը «սլաքավարների» դերում են: Սակայն առնվազն ի պաշտոնե կան կոնկրետ պատասխանատուներ, և որքան էլ շատ բան շատերին պարզ լինի, տեղին է նաև նրանցից պատասխան պահանջելը:

Ի վերջո, ինչպես ցույց տվեց այս օրինակը, հանրային ակտիվությունը, հետևողականությունը, համառությունը կարող են հանգեցնել որոշ արդյունքի և երբեմն նաև հանգեցնում են: Հանրային հեռարձակողի խորհուրդը հանդես եկավ հայտարարությամբ, որ Հ1-ի գործադիր տնօրենն ու նրա տեղակալը կարգապահական տույժի են ենթարկվել: Իհարկե, սա ընդդիմադիրների պահանջի ամբողջական կատարում չէ, բայց նաև հասկանալի է, որ հրահանգով կատարվածի համար հրահանգողը աշխատանքից չէր ազատի: Չնայած, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից դա էլ է սպասելի, եթե ինչ-որ պահի զգա, որ դա իր անձին է պետք:
