Վիգեն Սարգսյան. սկսնակ բոլշևիկի առաջին նոկաուտը

Հայաստանյան քաղաքական կյանքում վերջին օրերին նոր աստղ է հայտնվել ՝ Վիգեն Սարգսյանը: Վիգեն Սարգսյանը վաղուց էր ներկա քաղաքական կյանքում ՝ ռեֆերենտի կարգավիճակում նա եղել էր իշխանության մեջ անկախության տարիների սկզբից մինչև մեր օրերը:
Զարմանալի համառությամբ Վիգեն Սարգսյանի վրա չէր ազդում իշխանության թիմերի փոփոխությունները: Բաբկեն Արարքցյանից Սերժ Սարգսյան, հետո Ռոբերտ Քոչարյան, հետո նորից Սերժ Սարգսյան: Վիգեն Սարգսյանը ինտեգրվում ու ադապտացվում էր բոլոր քաղաքական թիմերի հետ, բոլորի հետ լեզու գտնում ու կառուցում իր քաղաքական կարիերան:

Ամեն ինչ նորմալ էր ընթանում մինչև այն պահը, երբ Վիգեն Սարգսյանը որոշեց աշխատակազմում աշխատանքը փոխարինել հրապարակային քաղաքականությամբ: Մի բան է, երբ դու ռեֆերենտ, օգնական կամ աշխատակազմի ղեկավար ես ու ստիպված չես հանրության հետ առնչվել: Մեկ այլ բան է, երբ դու նախարար ես ու ստիպված ես հանրային հաշվետվողականություն դրսևորել:

Աշխատակազմում անցկացրած փայլուն տարիները, Վիգեն Սարգսյան կերպարի շուրջ ձևավորված ամենազորության միֆը, սակայն, արագորեն տապալվեց, երբ նա արդեն սկսեց օրինագծեր հեղինակել ու ներկայացնել ԱԺ-ում, բախվել ընդդիմադիրների ու հասարակության հակառակ կարծիքներին: Պարզվեց, որ նա սովոր չէր այդ ամենին:

Առաջին իսկ հրապարակային քաղաքական փորը ձախողվեց: Երբ տարկետման նախագծի դեմ բողոքող ուսանողների հետ հանդիպելու փոխարեն Վիգեն Սարգսյանը նախ փորձեց ծուղակը գցել նրանց ՝ ուսխորհուրդների կուսակցականացված երիտասարդների հետ մեկ կաթսայում նրանց եփելու մտադրությամբ: Այնուհետ ակնհայտ նյարդայնացած վարք դրսևորեց Կարեն Կարապետյանի մոտ տեղի ունեցած հանդիպմանը: Մինչ այդ էլ Վիգեն Սարգսյանին հունից հանեց ԵԼՔ խմբակցության քննադատությունն ԱԺ-ում: Ու երկրորդ ընթերցմանը Վիգեն Սարգսյանը չներկայացավ:

Իհարկե, իշխանությունը մեծ հաշվով թքած ունի հասարակության կարծիքի վրա: Վիգեն Սարգսյանը ՝ ևս թքած ունի, թե ինչ կմտածեն իր մասին: Խնդիրն այն է, որ նա ՝ որպես իշխանության հավանական թագաժառանք չկարողացավ մեկուսացնել նույնիսկ ամենափոքր հասարակական դժգոհության ալիքը, ընդհակառակ իր վարքով ավելի սրեց այդ ալիքը: Սա նշանակում է, որ նա իր առաջին փորձից ցույց տվեց, որ կոմպրոմիսների գնալու ունակ չէ, իսկ հավանական արտաքին վտանգի դեպքում չի կարողանալու առաջնորդել «ոհմակը» ու պատասխանատվություն վերցնել:

Վիգեն Սարգսյանի ՝ քննադատություններին չդիմացող, Սերժ Սարգսյանի հանձնարարականները որպես մարգարեություն ընդունող ու բոլշևիկյան տրամաբանությամբ դրանց կատարմանն ամեն կերպ հասնելու միտված ոճը տապալվեց առաջին իսկ ռաունդում: Իսկ Վիգեն Սարգսյան քաղաքական դերակատարի խաղաքարտը խաղարկվեց Սերժ Սարգսյանի կողմից, որպեսզի Սերժ Սարգսյան-Կարեն Կարապետյան հակադրության փոխարեն քննարկվի Վիգեն Սարգսյան-Կարեն Կարապետյան կոնֆլիկտը: Ինչը և ստացվեց: Չնայած սրան, Վիգեն Սարգսյանը չնեղսրտեց, որ իր հրապարակային քաղաքականության առաջին իսկ փորձի ժամանակ դարձավ ներքաղաքական ինտրիգների զոհ: Հանուն Սերժ Սարգսյանի նա պատրաստ է ամեն ինչի: Ինչպես շատ դիպուկ նշում են ընդդիմադիրները ՝ նույնիսկ ՊՆ նախարարի պաշտոնում նա շարունակում է մնալ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ռեֆերենտը:
