Արմեն Գրիգորյանի և առհասարակ Փաշինյանի կառավարության օրոք մեկնարկած ցանկացած նախաձեռնություն պարզապես հարմարեցվում է օտարների ձևավորած տարածաշրջանային օրակարգերին. Ա․ Կոստանյան

Արմեն Գրիգորյանը «եզակի» պաշտոնյաններից է, ով 8 տարի շարունակ զբաղեցրել է Հայաստանի Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարի պաշտոնը, ճիշտ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի պես, որը նույնպես կոնստանտ «ԱՐԺԵՔ» է Փաշինյանի կառավարությունում: Պաշտոնից ազատվելուց հետո Գրիգորյանը գործուղղվեց TRIPP նախագիծ՝ որպես իրագործելիության գնահատման պատասխանատու։

Հարց է առաջանում՝ արդյոք այս «փորձառու» կադրն այլևս պետք չէ՞ր Հայաստանի անվտանգային համակարգում, և ինչու՞ հենց նա ներգրավվեց TRIPP նախագծի մեջ, որն ունի աշխարհաքաղաքական նշանակություն և իրականացվում է ԱՄՆ-ի աջակցությամբ, միջնորդությամբ ու վկայությամբ։

Անշուշտ, վերոնշյալը բոլորովին Արմեն Գրիգորյանի փորձառության գովեստ չէ, սակայն արձանագրում, որ վերջինս` որպես Հայաստանի բանակցային գործընթացներն ու պետական համակարգը ներսից հրաշալի ճանաչող կադր, ով անմիջականորեն շփվել է ԱՄՆ կենտրոնական հետախուզական վարչության հետ, բնականաբար արժեքավոր պիտի լիներ TRIPP-ի միջազգային նախաձեռնողների համար։ Որպես Արևմուտքի համար ցանկալի դերակատար` նրա կապերն ու փորձառությունը կարող են դառնալ Արևմուտքի և Հայաստանի միջև կարևոր կապող օղակ։

Այս ամենը պարզապես փաստեր են, սակայն «Արևմուտքի տղան» լինելը դեռ չի նշանակում, որ նա ծառայելու է Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանության և ազգային շահերի ամրապնդմանը. TRIPP-ն ինքնին հակասում է ինքնիշխանության սկզբունքներ ու ազգային շահ ասվածին: Արցախցի այս ՏՂԱՆ, ով իր հարսանեկան «օպերացիան» իրագործեց Շուշիում, իսկ հետո շատ արագ ու արդյունավետ ձևով մոռացավ Շուշին էլ, Արցախն էլ, հետո գիրք գրեց 21-րդ դարի ՆՈՐ ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆԻ գունավոր «խեղափոխության» մասին, բայց մի բառով անգամ չանդրադարձավ իր ծննդավայրի պատմական նշանակությանն ու կորստին, իր իսկ ունեցած մեծ «ավանդին» այդ «սրբազան» գործում, չի կարող որևէ կերպ գործել Հայաստանի ազգային պետական շահերից, ինչպես Փաշինյանն ու նրա լծի տակ գործող պետական ցանկացած պաշտոնյա: Հետևաբար, Արմեն Գրիգորյանի և առհասարակ Փաշինյանի կառավարության օրոք մեկնարկած ցանկացած նախաձեռնություն պարզապես հարմարեցվում է օտարների ձևավորած տարածաշրջանային օրակարգերին։
