ՀՀԿ–ն կրկին ամենակողմ կուսակցությունն է, «Ելք»–ը՝ ամենադեմ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Դեռևս մեկ ամիս առաջ, երբ parliamentmonitoring.am կայքը հրապարակեց Ազգային ժողովի 6–ամսյա գործունեությունը, այդ ամիսների ընթացքում ամենից շատ կողմ արտահայտված պատգամավորները Հանրապետական կուսակցության խմբակցությունից էին: Շարքը գլխավորում էր Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը: Իսկ ամենից շատ դեմ քվեարկած կուսակցությունը «Ելքն» էր:

Մեկ ամիս անց պատկերը նույնն է՝ ՀՀԿ–ն շարունակում է ասել այո՝ հիմնականում առաջ տանելով իրեն ցանկալի օրինագծերը, իսկ «Ելք»–ը շարունակում է դեմ արտահայտվել դրանց: Հիմնականում ձեռնպահ և դեմ քվեարկել է «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը: Դաշնակցությունն էլ հայտնի չէ, թե այս ամբողջում ինչ դիրք է զբաղեցնում, այսպես ասած՝ ոչ տաք, ոչ սառը:

Կայքի կողմից առանձնացված «ռեյտինգներում» հինգական պատգամավոր կա: Ամենից շատ անգամներ կողմ քվեարկած ՀՀԿ–ականների շարքում նախորդ ամսվա համեմատությամբ փոփոխություն կա՝ նոյեմբերին ամենաակտիվների թվում հայտնված Սամվել Նիկոյանն այս օրերին իր տեղը զիջել է Կնյազ Հասանովին, ով կողմ է քվեարկել ԱԺ օրինագծերին 208 անգամ: Մյուս չորս պատգամավորները կողմ են քվեարկել 209–ն անգամ: Նրանք են՝ Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը, Գագիկ Մելիքյանը, Ավետ Սարգսյանը և Գրիգոր Ավալյանը:

«Ելք»–ի ամենադեմերի ցուցակում նույնպես փոփոխություն կա: Եթե նախորդ ամիս Գևորգ Գորգիսյանը այս ցուցակում էր, ապա այս ամիս նա իր տեղը զիջել է «մի փոքր ավելի դեմ» Արամ Սարգսյանին: Վերջինս անցած վեց ամիսների ընթացքում դեմ լինելու կոճակին է սեղմել 42 անգամ, այդպիսով առաջ անցնելով անգամ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից ու Արտակ Զեյնալյանից, ովքեր հավասարապես քվեարկել են 40 անգամ: Նրանցից առաջ են գտնվում Լենա Նազարյանը (47) և Մանե Թանդիլյանը (44):

Ամենաշատը ձեռնպահ քվեարկած պատգամավորներն են Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը, Վահե Էնֆիաջյանը, Վահան Կարապետյանը և Վարդան Բոստանջյանը՝ բոլորն էլ 10–ն անգամ: Նրանց մի փոքր զիջում է Արգամ Աբրահամյանը՝ 9–ն անգամ:

Բացի այս ամենաների շքերթից, parliamentmonitoring.am կայքը ևս մեկ նորամուծություն է գործարկել, այն է՝ պատգամավորների գործունեությունը համեմատելու հնարավորություն ընձեռելով կայքի այցելուներին:

Մասնավորապես, այս գործողությունը թույլ է տալիս կողք կողքի տեսնել ցանկացած երկու պատգամավորի քվեարկությունները, բացակայությունները, ինչպես նաև նրանց հայտարարագրած եկամուտն ու դրամական միջոցները: Հնարավոր է նաև պարզել, թե որքան հաճախ են նրանք նույն կերպ քվեարկել: Ծրագիրը համեմատում է միայն «թեժ» օրինագծերը և ներկայացնում, թե դրանց քվեարկությունների ժամանակ քանի անգամ են համընկել պատգամավորների դիրքորոշումները:
