Թրամփը Սաուդյան Արաբիայի հետ միջուկային համաձայնագիրը պայմանավորել է Աբրահամյան համաձայնագրերին միանալով

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը հայտարարել է, որ Սաուդյան Արաբիայի հետ քաղաքացիական միջուկային համագործակցության համաձայնագրի հաստատումը «ամբողջությամբ պայմանավորված է» թագավորության՝ Իսրայելի հետ հարաբերությունները կարգավորելով և Աբրահամյան համաձայնագրերին միանալով։ Այս մասին գրում է Al Jazeera-ն:

Թրամփի հայտարարությունը հնչել է համաձայնագրի մասին պաշտոնական հայտարարությունից մեկ օր անց և լրացուցիչ անորոշություն է առաջացրել գործարքի շուրջ, որի ամբողջական մանրամասները դեռ չեն հրապարակվել։

Truth Social հարթակում ԱՄՆ նախագահը գրել է, որ համաձայնագիրը «կհաստատվի, սակայն ամբողջությամբ պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ Սաուդյան Արաբիան միանա մեծ հարգանք վայելող և հաջողված Աբրահամյան համաձայնագրերին»։

Սաուդյան Արաբիան առայժմ չի արձագանքել Թրամփի հայտարարությանը։ Իսրայելի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը համաձայնելը կարող է նշանակել Էր Ռիյադի քաղաքականության զգալի փոփոխություն, քանի որ թագավորությունը երկար ժամանակ դեմ է արտահայտվել նման քայլին։

Թրամփի հայտարարությունից մեկ օր առաջ ԱՄՆ էներգետիկայի նախարարությունը հայտնել էր, որ Վաշինգտոնը և Էր Ռիյադը ստորագրել են «խաղաղ նպատակներով միջուկային համագործակցության համաձայնագիր»՝ նախատեսված տասնամյակների և միլիարդավոր դոլարների գործընկերության համար։

Կողմերը նաև ստորագրել են երկկողմ երաշխիքների համաձայնագիր, որը վերաբերում է Սաուդյան Արաբիայում քաղաքացիական միջուկային ծրագրի մեկնարկին։

Համաձայնագիրը պետք է ստանա ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսի հավանությունը։

Ամերիկյան մի շարք լրատվամիջոցների տվյալներով՝ գործարքը կարող է Սաուդյան Արաբիային թույլ տալ ուրանը հարստացնել երկրի ներսում՝ միջուկային վառելիքը ներկրելու փոխարեն։

Նման դրույթը կարող է էական շեղում լինել արտերկրում քաղաքացիական միջուկային ծրագրերի նկատմամբ Վաշինգտոնի ավանդական քաղաքականությունից։ ԱՄՆ-ը երկար ժամանակ դեմ է եղել ուրանի հարստացման տեխնոլոգիաներն ու գիտելիքները այն երկրներին փոխանցելուն, որոնք նախկինում նման հնարավորություններ չեն ունեցել։
