Հայաքվեն և երիտասարդը. Հրայր Կամենդատյան

Երիտասարդությանը ներգրավելու համար պետք է կտրուկ հրաժարվել «պաթոսից», դասախոսական տոնից և բարոյախրատական կոչերից։ Այս սերունդը ֆիլտրում է ավանդական քաղաքական տեքստերը վայրկյանների ընթացքում և արձագանքում է միայն այն ամենին, ինչը խոսում է իրենց լեզվով, հարգում է իրենց ինտելեկտը և առաջարկում է ակտիվ դերակատարում , այլ ոչ թե պասիվ ունկնդրի կարգավիճակ։
 
Ահա 4 կոնկրետ, նորարարական մոտեցում, որոնք կարող են դառնալ երիտասարդական քարոզչության նոր հիմքը.
 
1. Գաղափարների «Գեյմիֆիկացիա» (Gamification)
 
Երիտասարդներին պետք չէ պատմել նախագծի բարդ իրավական կամ տնտեսական նրբությունները. նրանց պետք է թույլ տալ «խաղալ» այդ կանոններով։
 
Սիմուլյացիոն Խաղեր / Քվիզներ. Ստեղծել պարզ, բայց որակյալ վեբ-սիմուլյատոր (թեկուզ Telegram-բոտի կամ պարզ ինտերակտիվ էջի միջոցով)։ Օրինակ՝ «Կառավարիր պետությունը» կամ «Ընտրիր քո ապագան»։ Օգտատերը կատարում է ընտրություն (օրինակ՝ ընդունել այս օրենքը, թե թողնել նույնը) և անմիջապես տեսնում է դրա հետևանքները երկրի անվտանգության, կրթության կամ ինքնիշխանության վրա՝ հստակ թվերով ու գրաֆիկներով։
 
«Ի՞նչ կլինի, եթե...» ֆորմատ. Ոչ թե չոր տեքստեր, այլ ինտերակտիվ սցենարներ, որոնք ցույց են տալիս իրավիճակի զարգացումը տարբեր որոշումների դեպքում։
 
2. Թվային «Peer-to-Peer» (Հավասարը՝ հավասարին) Քարոզչություն
Երիտասարդները չեն հավատում վերևից եկող հրահանգներին կամ «ավագների» խորհուրդներին։ Նրանք հավատում են իրենց հասակակիցներին։
 
Միկրո-ինֆլյուենսերների ցանց. Փնտրել ոչ թե միլիոնանոց բլոգերների, այլ ուսանողական միջավայրում, ՏՏ ոլորտում կամ արվեստի շրջանակներում ակտիվ, հարգված երիտասարդների (ովքեր ունեն 1,000-5,000 հետևորդ, բայց բարձր վստահություն)։ Թույլ տալ, որ նրանք իրենց բառերով, իրենց սթորիներում բացատրեն, թե ինչու է սա կարևոր անձամբ իրենց համար։
 
Meme-Culture (Մեմերի մշակույթ). Սա լուրջ գործիք է։ Բարդ, աբսուրդային կամ մանիպուլյատիվ քաղաքական թեզերը ջախջախելու ամենաարագ ձևը դրանք հումորի ու սարկազմի վերածելն է։ Որակյալ, սուր և խելացի մեմերը տարածվում են ինքնաբերաբար (virally) և կոտրում են վախի կամ անտարբերության պատնեշը։
3. «Նախագծային» և Մասնագիտական Ներգրավում
Ուսանողներին ու երիտասարդ մասնագետներին պետք է դիտարկել ոչ թե որպես քվեարկող զանգված, այլ որպես համահեղինակներ։
 
Hackathon-ներ և Իդեատոններ (Ideathons). Կազմակերպել մեկօրյա կամ երկօրյա հավաքներ երիտասարդ իրավաբանների, տնտեսագետների, մարքեթոլոգների և դիզայներների համար։ Առաջադրանքը՝ «Ինչպե՞ս բարելավել այս կամ այն ոլորտի քաղաքականությունը» կամ «Ինչպես լուծել այս լոկալ խնդիրը»։ Երբ երիտասարդը ներդնում է իր ինտելեկտուալ աշխատանքը նախագծի մեջ, նա դառնում է դրա ամենաակտիվ պաշտպանը։
 
Բաց դասախոսություններ և «Ոչ ֆորմալ» քննարկումներ. Ոչ թե միտինգային ելույթներ, այլ փակ, բայց ազատ ֆորմատի հանդիպումներ սրճարաններում կամ քոուորքինգ (co-working) տարածքներում, որտեղ կարելի է տալ ամենասուր հարցերն ու ստանալ փաստարկված, առանց էմոցիաների պատասխաններ։
4. Վիզուալ Մինիմալիզմ և Թափանցիկություն (Data Visualisation)
Երիտասարդությունը սպառում է ինֆորմացիան վիզուալ տարբերակով։ Եթե միտքը հնարավոր չէ հասկանալ 5 վայրկյանում, այն գոյություն չունի նրանց համար։
 
Դինամիկ ինֆոգրաֆիկա.Ոչ թե նկարներ՝ տեքստի մեծ կտորներով, այլ շարժվող, պարզ գրաֆիկներ, որոնք ցույց են տալիս, օրինակ՝ բյուջեի բաշխումը, սոցիալական դինամիկան կամ անվտանգային ռիսկերը։
«Fact-Checking» քարտեր.** Կարճ, կոնկրետ թվային բացիկներ, որոնք հստակ ցույց են տալիս՝ «Իշխանությունն ասում է Ա, իրականում փաստերը հուշում են Բ»։ Կոնկրետություն, աղբյուրների հղումներ և զրո ջուր։
Գլխավոր կանոնը. Երիտասարդության հետ պետք է խոսել որպես ապագա որոշում կայացնողների, այլ ոչ թե որպես «անփորձ մասսայի»։ Նրանց պետք է տալ հարթակ և գործիքներ՝ ինքնադրսևորվելու և իրենց բողոքն ու գաղափարները կառուցողական ձևով արտահայտելու համար։
