Թուրքիայի կողմից ՌԴ-ից գնված S-400-ները վաճառվել են Պարսից ծոցի երկրներից մեկին. թուրքական ԶԼՄ-ներ

Թուրքիայի կողմից ժամանակին Ռուսաստանից ձեռք բերված S-400 զենիթահրթիռային համակարգերը վաճառվել են Պարսից ծոցի երկրներից մեկին։ Նման պնդմամբ հանդես է եկել թուրքական իշխանամետ Hürriyet թերթը, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

«Իմ տրամադրության տակ եղած տվյալներով՝ S-400-ները վաճառվել են երրորդ երկրի։ Գործարքի մասին կհայտարարվի այսօր։ S-400-ները ուղարկվում են Պարսից ծոցի երկրներից մեկը։ Երեկ որոշ խնդիրների վերացման ուղղությամբ աշխատանքներ էին տարվում, հաղորդվում է, որ կեսգիշերին դրանք վերացվել են։ Ոմանք նշում են Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունները, ոմանք՝ Կատարը, լավագույնն այն է, որ սպասել պաշտոնական հայտարարությանը»,- գրել է հրատարակության մեկնաբան Աբդյուլքադիր Սելվին։

Թուրքիայի իշխանությունները դեռևս չեն մեկնաբանել հրապարակումը։

Մեկ օր առաջ նույն թերթը հաղորդել էր Անկարայի կողմից իրավական բանաձևի որոնումների մասին, որը կբավարարեր ԱՄՆ-ին՝ CAATSA ամերիկյան պատժամիջոցների ազդեցությունից դուրս գալու և նոր սերնդի F-35 կործանիչների արտադրության ծրագիր վերադառնալու համար, ինչի կապակցությամբ քննարկվում է Պարսից ծոցի երկրներից մեկին զենիթահրթիռային համալիրների վաճառքի հարցը։ Oksijen թերթն իր հերթին ԱՄԷ-ն անվանել է S-400-ների հավանական գնորդ։

Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը հուլիսի 7-8-ը Անկարայում ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթնաժողովում ամերիկացի գործընկեր Դոնալդ Թրամփի հետ բանակցությունների արդյունքներով վստահություն է հայտնել F-35 ծրագիր Անկարայի վերադարձի կապակցությամբ։ ԱՄՆ նախագահն ինքը հայտարարել էր, որ դեռևս որոշում չի կայացրել այդ հարցով։

Թուրքիան 2017 թվականին Ռուսաստանից ձեռք է բերել 2,5 մլրդ դոլար արժողությամբ S-400 հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգերի չորս դիվիզիոն։ 2019 թվականի հոկտեմբերին «Ռոսօբորոնէքսպորտ» ընկերությունը (մտնում է «Ռոստեխ» պետական կորպորացիայի մեջ) հայտնել էր, որ համակարգերի մատակարարման պայմանագիրը կատարված է։ Թուրքիայի և Ռուսաստանի միջև S-400-ի գնդային հավաքածուի մատակարարման պայմանագիրը կնքելուց հետո Անկարան հեռացվել է F-35 կործանիչների ստեղծման ԱՄՆ ծրագրից։
